Relax in this beautiful 3 BEDROOM, 3 BATH condo located in the most desired beach in Rocky Point. It has over 2200 sq feet of luxurious comfort with a 700 sq ft wrap around terrace!
Sandy beach is where you will find Las Palomas. A 5 star resort with numerous swimming pools, restaurants and the newest accommodations.
Cabrillo 1007 is decorated with the finest in modern furnishings, including leather couches, a large dining table that seats 8, a wrap around balcony, 42" flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and a 50" in the living area.
Two of the bedrooms have king size beds with their own full bathrooms. Both have walk out balconies. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Playstation is located in this room. There is a fully supplied kitchen with everything you would need! And a full size washer and dryer.
If a day in the sun is what you have planned, then take the elevator down to the swimming area where you will find numerous pools including lazy river, water slide, swim up bar and kiddie pools. Or grab a tecate and relax under a palapa and watch visitors jet ski, banana boat, build sand castles or buy souvenirs from the local vendors.

Why the Owner Chose Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)
Rocky point is where my husband and I met. We now have 3 kids and bring our kids down every other time we. It is 4 hours from our front door to the condo. Rocky point is close to us, cheap, and beautiful. It wasn't a hard decision to buy!

Don't forget to go to the oldest bar in Rocky Point, JJ's. A couple other hot spots- Chango's, Capone's, Debbie's. Need to do a little shopping?- The Fish Market at Old Port.

We have always loved Rocky Point! We met here at the Pink Cadillac 12 years ago and now have 3 kids that we bring down all the time. We love that our kids will grow up learning the Mexican culture.

we absolutely loved the condo. there was plenty of room for all of us and we all had an amazing time. everything was wonderful. we had no problems with checking in or parking whatsoever. the staff at las palomas was actually quite helpful with anything we needed. i appreciate the fact that you cared about our opinion of your place and would love to rent your condo again sometime. thanks for everything
