About this property

This Pet Friendly unit has been totally renovated and updated with today's finest appointments. All new freshly painted walls . Crown molding through out. Entire unit painted soft creme color and new carpet up the stairs and thru out the entire second floor . The furniture, lighting, accessories and original art are all unique creative works and like no other oceanfront town home in the area. In may of 2022 we put all new living room upholstery
Queen Sleeper / (2) creme swivel lounge chairs / plaid club chair for additional seating
LVP lines the entire first floor (luxury vinyl tile)

The highest quality furniture, appliances, and treatments through out the home. There are only eight units, so this makes for a more peaceful and relaxing setting compared to the areas with 'Tall towers' yet just minutes away from shopping and dining.
No buildings are allowed more than four stories on Scenic County East Hwy 30-A.
It is a little 'Piece of Heaven' on earth.
Spring of 2018 entire building was stripped of old stucco and resurfaced with Hardie board. we also expanded the patio for large space to gather with friends and family.

Super Stay!

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts. My family had a great time staying here. The master bedroom had a very comfortable king bed, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, steps from the private beach. Five stars!

Amazing!

My husband, two kids, and pup just returned from a much needed vacation here! It surpassed my expectations by a long shot. The location was amazing, as the beach was not crowded and felt private. That’s something we have yet to find in the area, so relaxing! The views were the best I’ve experienced. I just cannot say enough!! Already planning our next trip!

The town home sits on a 30 foot bluff with a beautiful yard overlooking the beach. It is just a few paces down the stairs and you are on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There are only eight units in our complex, so it makes it very private and enjoyable place to visit.

What makes this property unique

Scenic Hwy 30-A has over 50 Four Stars restaurants on this sixteen mile stretch. Many unique shops where you will see things you don't see any where else. We are minutes from Destin and Panama City Beach. We now have the exciting new 'Pier Park' only 15 minutes away with theatres and over 900,000 square feet of shopping and dining. The area is known for regularly having wine festivals, free outdoor concerts, and even free outdoor movies.
