This world renowned beach boasts the finest, white quartz sand in the world. Enjoy the beach and the bay at our condo. Walk out the door and in 4-5 minutes, you will be on the beautiful Crescent Beach fishing pier, where you can fish and watch the boats go by on the intra-coastal waterway.
Enjoy the fabulous Siesta Key restaurants and shops only minutes away. Also, downtown Sarasota is famous for its many restaurants, clubs, shopping, arts and music. The Van Wezel Performing Art Center, Ringling Museum, Opera House and Asolo Theater reside in Sarasota.
Our condo is located on the bayside. It has two bedrooms, 1 King Size Bed and 2 Bunk Beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped. The living area has a Flatscreen TV, DVD, VCR. Master Bedroom/2nd Bedroom has a Flatscreen TV. Washer and dryer is located in the condo.
There are two heated pools, one on the bayside and one on the gulf. There are two tennis courts for those who like to play tennis.
No smoking unit and no pets please.

My stay at this Peppertree condo was remarkable! Every necessity was taken care of, such as laundry, beach equipment, towels, kitchen equipment, etc. I brought my family of 4 and many amazing memories have been created because of our stay. The condo was clean, organized, very spacious for all of us, the beach is just a minute away, and most of all it was affordable. Thank you to the owner, it was a pleasure to have stayed and we hope we can come again!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
