Our family-friendly condominium is perfect for your week at the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the balcony while your children play just below on the soft white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is spectacular! The sunsets are world class! This spacious condominium is light and bright hosting cozy and contemporary furnishings. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, a desk and book shelf area plus a large bath with a walk-in closet for your convenience. Two full size beds in the second bedroom offer great comfort and flexibility. Additionally enjoy our clean, fully equipped kitchen. This wireless condo accommodates your internet needs and is located on the third floor of a five-floor building. The large balcony off the living room and master bedroom offers a direct beach view seating six at the outdoor dining table. A quick walk down stairs or an elevator ride, takes you directly to the private pool area or beautiful sandy beach. Get the best of both worlds! For your additional convenience, we can accommodate larger groups or extended family by securing some of our neighbor condominiums. Private covered parking is located on the ground level. We have the ideal location on Clearwater Beach... far enough away from the hotel and retail area to be quiet, yet close enough to get to all the shops and restaurants with a short 'three block' walk down the beach. We are also only about an hour and 15 minutes from Disney! Weekly Minimum Rentals, No Pets, No Smoking This condo is secured with ResortLock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.

Our vacation to Clearwater was a totally awesome experience. The room was great and was not only the kitchen equipped but there were even beach chairs, a cart and plenty of toys for the beach. We would definitely consider renting this room again for future vacation. Only one suggestion, the balcony wasn't very private due to a lack of a wall on the one side.
