  Very nice, very clean and recently remodeled condo that I can recommend to anyone who's looking for an affordable stay on the beach. The owners were nice and polite, and we did not have any difficulties contacting them when we needed to. We would gladly return next year again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  We enjoyed staying in this condo. It was efficient and exactly what we needed while fitting our budget. The owners were wonderful to work with. We did have small water leak issue that randomly occured the first night but I must brag on how well the owners communicated and worked to get it resolved as soon as possible. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone! We had a GREAT time & plan to return!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Owner was super nice and flexible! The beds were soft and comfortable. No problem with the hot water at all. My family of four was able to take showers back to back with no issue at all. Water pressure was great as well. Deposit was refunded in a timely manner, too!

  LOCATION IS PERFECT, POOL WAS GREAT. CONDO LOOKED JUST AS PICTURED AS FAR AS DECOR. BEDS HAD GRIT ON THEM AS SOON AS WE ARRIVED LOOKED LIKE DETERGENT NOT SAND MAYBE IT DIDNT BREAK UP IN THE WASH. HOT WATER DOESNT LAST A ONE PERSON BATH ... LIKE THE OTHER REVIEW 5 MINS IS ABOUT IT. AND WHEN YOU COME BACK FROM BEING IN THE SAND AND GULF YOU WANT A GOOD BATH. WASNT ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OWNERS UNTILL LESS THAN 24 HOURS TO OUR STAY TO GET THE CODE FOR THE KEY. THEY WOULDNT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WE HAD KNOW CLUE TO WHAT TO DO. THAT WAS A HEADACHE. WE WERE ENDING ANOTHER VACATION AND THE WHOLE RIDE HOME I WAS WONDERING IF WE WERE EVEN GOING TO BE ABLE TO GET UP THE NEXT MORNING AND LEAVE CAUSE WE HADNT TALKED TO THEM. AS FAR AS THE DEPOSIT ANOTHER HEADACHE ... I HAD TO KEEP CALLING AND CALLING AND AGAIN NO ANSWER TO GET THAT BACK. ARE STAY WAS MAY 30TH MEMORIAL WEEK AND WE DIDNT RECEIVE A CHK BACK FOR THE DEP UNTILL JULY 27TH WHEN I TALKED TO THE OWNER HE WAS RUDE AND SAID HE HAD JUST STARTED A JOB AND HADNT BEEN KEEPING TRACK OF THE RENTERS THAT WELL. BEING THE OWNER YOU NEED TO KEEP THIS A TOP PRIORITY IF THIS IS AN INCOME FOR YOU. PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND I WAS ON THE FENCE ABOUT LEAVING A REVIEW BUT HAD TO TELL MY STORY. MAYBE THEY HAVE IMPROVED SINCE THEN. BUT MY FAMILY WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

  The owners were open to some flexibility before we signed, the unit had all that one will need and more! The beds are comfortable and new, if you like soft beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that you need, even to bake cakes... :) If you are looking to be on the beach, next to great clubs, 10 min. walk from Walmart and many other attrections, that's where you want to stay. The things that need a little update? the carpet has a stain, but not horrible. The worst? The hot water tank is good for one person 5-10 min. shower. if you hurry. The view is not the breathtaking awe that you picture, but it will do you well, you CAN see the beach and enjoy the sun.
