  My family and I had a wonderful week in PCB, minus the rain! This beautiful condo is newly remodeled, very cozy! You are almost eye level with the ocean, the views are wonderful! Jack said that you could throw a rock in the water, and he was right, you are right on the beacht!!! You don't have a far walk to the ocean at all, it is just around the corner. It has all of the things you need to spend a night in, if you wanted. The pool is nice, and there are grills. You park right outside the door. My only con is no internet service at Sugar Beach, but it is good in a way, to be away from it all! Jack was very attentive, answering questions and getting back in touch with us very quickly. My family and I are going back next month, we can't wait! Thank you all for a new best kept secret for my family and I!! If you are thinking of renting this place, don't ponder very long... call Jack, you won't regret it!!! The Clouses

  This condo is very nice and clean. It has a great view as well!! You can drive right up to the condo. There are a few sets of steps (not bad) to climb, but who doesn't need a little fresh air! You can be in your chair at the beach from the door of the condo in about three minutes (walking). The owner was super nice to deal with. We would definitely rent this place again!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  It was the most perfect place for my famly..My grandson is 10 months and it was quite for him to sleep & we had excellent views to sit and enjoy the beach & ocean.... its close to everything.... I will be glad to stay here again in the future & I will return..its perfect for any age & any lifestyle..My family & I made many memories at Sugar Beach Condo C18 ...........

  This was our second time to Sugar Beach and we will be back again! Absolutely LOVE this place! I cannot say enough great things about it. It is Perfect!!!!

  The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The view and the room were just as we saw them in the pictorial on the web site. We had a great time and everyone there was really nice and made us feel at home. We will plan to stay again in the future.

  My family and I had a great vacation in this condo. It is upgraded, decorated beautifully and has beach views from the living room area and the master bedroom. Highly recommended.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Decorated AWESOME! Enjoyed how close the condo was to the beach. Wonderful to cook on the grill while the kids fed the fish:) Thanks for the wonderful vacation spot.
