Come experience the beauty and charm of a historic southern town while lodging in a newly built cottage in the heart of downtown Bluffton, South Carolina. This lovely cottage is cleverly tucked away from the street for maximum privacy yet is within close walking distance to restaurants, art galleries, historic churches and the May River.
This lowcountry cottage has both the exterior and interior features one would expect from a southern home coupled with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
The master bedroom features a newly appointed queen size bed with side tables and lights. This bedroom also has a lighted 52" ceiling fan for additional light and comfort. In addition, a 20" cable television set with remote control is located in this bedroom. This bed is made with fresh 100% cotton bed linens for our guest's added comfort. A walk-in closet adjoins this bedroom for convenience.
The master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with steam bath; including a built-in ceramic tile seat for optimal relaxation. Saftey bars have been installed to assist our guests in and out of the shower. Also featured in this luxurious bathroom is a jetted over-sized garden tub, a modern vanity with granite countertop and a toilet with a bidet seat. Thick cotton bath, hand and face towels are provided for our guests to use.

The livingroom has two comfortable leather sofas, Bose music system and a LCD flat panel cable television which opens to a screened-in front porch. In addition, there is a dining area which comfortably seats four people.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS
The fully furnished Kitchen is equipped with self-cleaning stove with cooktop range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven and stack washer and dryer.
EXTRA FEATURES
Guided tours and shuttle service via golf cart are available within historic downtown Bluffton. A Rolls Royce chauffered guided tour and lunch in Savannah, Georgia is also available.

I have been a house builder for thirty years and my wife is a landscape designer. Both the building construction and landscape installation are carefully planned to produce a beautiful result that our guests can enjoy. It is our hope that our guests like staying at this cottage as much as we have enjoyed developing the project.

This comfortable cottage is in close proximity to the new sights of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and the historic sights of Savannah, Georgia. The semi-tropical weather is ideal to participate in outdoor activities year round. There are several golf courses, outlet malls, sports fishing charters, art galleries, historic churches, restaurants, tennis courts, and much more available within a half mile to thirty mile radius of this cottage.

This cottage is located approximately one block from the pristine May River and the Bluffton Oyster Company. Our guests can take a leisurely walk down to the River, enjoy the beautiful view and pick up some fresh seafood for their meal or snack. This low country cottage is conveniently located in the center of downtown Bluffton which is also a short walk away from the latest creations local artists have on display at the numerous art galleries along Calhoun Street.
