Bend is smack dab in the middle of the state, its Central Oregon, and it's beautiful and sunny 300 days of the year. Central Oregon is not to be confused with the rainy, western part of the state. Bend is in close proximity to some of the best golfing, hiking, camping, rock climbing, fishing, and skiing locations in the world, which is why lots of Californians either relocate or have a vacation home in the area. And real estate isn't cheap, either (speaking from a Texas frame of mind). This home is perfectly situated for a relaxing vacation or business refuge. Relax on an outside deck or at Harmon & Drake Park… it is all right here within walking or biking distance. The living area are chic and stylishly decorated. Take pleasure in the modern Sparks fireplace or the 42 inch flat screen for your viewing pleasure. The open galley style kitchen lends for an audience for the chef or a gathering spot for conversation, good food, and fantastic wines. Topped with a Sub Zero refrigerator, Jenn- Air Pro Style stainless steel appliances and a bird’s eye view to the deck off the dining room. For the young at heart, we converted the bonus space as a game room equipped with two sets of bunk beds, a double pull out couch, an air hockey table, 50 inch tv, pinball machine, a Ms. Pac-man console, and save your quarters to rock out with the 45 style jukebox. Bedroom and bathroom spaces are separated from the bustle downstairs. The isolated master bed and bath provide even more privacy. The spacious master suite is a welcomed retreat. It features a private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and newspaper, comforts of home furnishings, soft & inviting 300 count linens, a 32 inch flat screen, and a master bathroom to amuse your senses. The roomy Master bathroom is spa inspired with a modern color palate and sustainable products. The Jacuzzi soaking style tub or huge walk-in shower can wash away your worries. The secondary bedroom houses a queen and a full and the third bedroom has a queen. The house sleeps 12-14. There are great concerts, art museums, shopping, and incredible restaurants. You could eat in a different restaurant every night, and still not enjoy them all.

Cross the street to shop at gourmet and natural foods markets, shop at the many local shops along Newport and Galvastein, enjoy a local roasted cup at Back Porch Coffee or Nancy's Bakery, indulge in a massage & a day at the salon, or dine at many of the cafes right outside your door step. There’s many restaurants across the street along Newport or along Galvastein to enjoy, a casual 10 minute stroll to Bend’s quaint downtown where you can entertained at the breweries, art galleries, and theaters, take in an open-air concert in nearby Drake Park or a summer concert at the Les Schwab amphitheater. Downtown Bend is also a diner’s paradise: grab a quick bite at The Downtowner, which specializes in east coast style sandwiches; make a reservation at The Blacksmith or Jackalope Grill and indulge in award-winning dishes prepared by some of the most renowned chefs in the country. And don’t miss out on the five downtown breweries serving up frothy ambers and crisp, light lagers with names like Cinder Cone Red and Black Butte Porter.
