Located on a narrow stretch of Captiva Island with gulf to bay access, luxury awaits you in this four bedroom, two and a half bath, beach villa with 2320 sq. ft. of living space. Upgrades include five flat screen televisions, five DVD players, high-speed wireless internet, iPod docking stations, and a washer/dryer.
Three of the four bedrooms feature a screened veranda with gorgeous views, and each reflects a soothing beach décor. The Main level is complete with a bedroom with a King Bed, a second bedroom with a Queen Bed, both share a screened veranda and is complete with a Sleeper Sofa in the den. The two bedrooms upstairs offer a King Bed with a gulf view and a second bedroom with one Full size bed and one extra long twin bed, and a screened tile porch. A selection of books to read while on the island and children’s games complete your vacation home.
Captiva Beach Villas is a four unit complex featuring a heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grill area, and boat dock. The dock is complete with power and water, and can hold a boat up to 26 feet. Villa Conch can accommodate up to 10 people. Sorry no pets allowed.

The views are ideal for watching the sunset over the ocean. The kitchen overlooks the ocean and we have watched dolphins swimming while having a cup of coffee in the morning.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The back yard is completely surrounded by landscaping that creates privacy for the pool and hot tub. The area is very quiet and private.
