This 11th floor fabulous 4 bedroom condo has plenty of space for everyone in your party. One of the bedrooms is a lock-out and can also be rented as a studio. Experience both glorious sunrises and sunsets when you rent this 4 bedroom.
This condo can be rented as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath or it can be split up into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath and as a studio with large bath and kitchenette.
With nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, granite counter tops, ceiling fans throughout and marble garden tubs and showers with shower massages, this condo has it all! From our 11th floor balconies, you'll overlook a 1,700-foot expanse of sugar white sands known for generations as the Miracle Mile.
The Boardwalk Beach Resort has all the amenities you expect from a first class vacation destination. The zero entry pool is exquisite with its own waterfall and extensive decks for sunbathing and relaxing. The children's pool and play area has interactive fountains that will thrill the youngsters and an observation deck for parents to enjoy the view.
They don't call them "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" for no reason!! In this condo, you'll be sleeping right on the beach. This unit is located on the west end of the building and has spectacular sunset views from both balconies and the guest bedroom window.

Our condo has four bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. It can also be split up and rented as a three bedroom that sleeps eight and a one bedroom studio that sleeps four.
The great room is equipped with a huge sectional sofa with queen sized pull out sleeper, recliner and a 52 inch wide screen HDTV with a premium sound system. Enjoy the Gulf view from the comfort of the living room or step onto the private balcony for a panoramic view of the majestic Gulf of Mexico. The view is awesome, you're sure to be enchanted by the emerald waters and sugar white sand. The great room and kitchen have a tropical theme with nautical accents. Relax and enjoy the TV or a DVD. Turn on the CD player and stretch out with a "beach novel" from our collection. "Surf by the surf" with the free high speed internet connection in the great room.
Create a feast or a quick snack in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen complete with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. You'll love having an ocean front view from the kitchen, too. Dine inside or outside, it’s up to you! No waiting in line and no reservations required when you have your own condo instead of just a hotel room! If you don't feel like cooking, just head down "Under the Boardwalk" to our tiki bar for a snack or cool drink by the pool.
Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in the master suite’s comfy king-size bed. The nautical themed master suite opens on to the Gulf front balcony. You'll enjoy the luxury linens and the memory foam mattress topper. Switch on the 27 inch flat screen TV and enjoy a DVD or listen to your favorite CD. Let your cares float away in the master bathroom’s fantastic garden tub overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the Signal Hill golf course.
You can sleep to the sounds of the ocean from the guest bedroom ( 2nd bedroom,) too! You’ll enjoy a luxurious queen size bed with memory foam topper and a window with a picture postcard ocean and golf course view. This room has a 25 inch TV with premium sound system and CD player. The adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination.
The 3rd bedroom is a "real" room, not just a bunk bed in a hallway. Has a chest of drawers and a night stand. It even has its own TV and CD player!
The second master suite (which can also be rented as a one bedroom studio) has a separate entry and a private ocean and golf course view balcony. It has a king-size bed with memory foam topper and a queen sleeper sofa. The electronics package includes a wall mounted 27 inch flat panel LCD HDTV with premium sound system that can be adjusted for viewing from either the bed or the sofa.
There is also a high speed internet connection in this room, too. The efficiency kitchen has a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker for preparing simple meals and snacks. You can relax in the garden tub or enjoy a hot shower after a day at the beach in the luxurious bathroom!
No pets allowed. No smoking. The primary renter must be 25 years of age and stay the entire period. (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
