Why the Owner Chose Georgetown
I fell in love with this quaint town of Georgetown immediately. This location is so convenient to Denver and skiing and all the other activities you'll want to enjoy while vacationing in Colorado.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The most special memories I have are of the times spent in my Georgetown home with friends and family. This home is the most comforting place to be. I love just walking about the town admiring all the beautiful historic structures, or enjoying a glass of wine on my front porch or deck. It's great to walk out the door and be right in the heart of all the special festivals and small town happenings during the year, just a minute walk and we're enjoying the fantastic Christmas Market or the 4th of July parade. We watch fireworks from the deck!
Owner's Map of Georgetown
My name is Angela and I have been a resident of Colorado for 14 years, born and raised in Texas. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I enjoy all the activities our beautiful state has to offer. I have 3 children, ages 22 yrs., 18 yrs. and 3! I'm enjoying my "later in life" son with my husband, George. I work as a fitness instructor and enjoy gardening, cooking for my friends and family and just being outdoors. I especially love the warmer months here in Colorado and spending time in Georgetown with my friends, family and beloved dogs.

The most charming house in the most charming town in Colorado

When our family arrived at this house and opened the front door we all couldn't stop smiling. This place is a family-oriented dream vacation home. The layout is perfect for any size family, it has children's beds upstairs in an area that they'll feel like it's they're own special place, the adults can stay in a separate (quiet) bedroom with a balcony and beautiful views. Everything about this place shows that the owner really cares to make it one of a kind, and to make sure that the guests have everything they need for they're stay. I can't recommend it enough!

Angie's place accommodated our 9 family members very well. It was cozy, with games and movies for the young ones, and a well-supplied kitchen for us to make our own meals. Some of us ran the Slacker's Half Marathon and it was nice to have the house just 2 blocks from the finish line. There's free wifi (and some trail map/books) at the public library just a block away. Georgetown itself is full of history and the early expansion into the front range, and it is a good base for outdoor exploring beyond the town, but don't expect much liveliness in the town itself. Even on the summer weekend, I was surprised at dinner time how empty main street got and nearly all the shops were closed. Better to dine in house. No grocery store in Georgetown, Stock up at Denver or Idaho Springs on your way out.

Fantastic location, and so homey and clean! Owner was incredibly gracious, attentive and flexible in assisting with our stay. This home really did have everything....kitchen conveniences, lots of extra towels and linens, games and movies...it was the perfect place to stay for our ski get-away. We will surely return and share this true treasure with friends and family.

We are actually still here visiting the library near by and had to write. This place is wonderful...it is large (larger in person than it looks on the site). Home and comfortable....my kids love the games and movies. I love the sleepy little quaint town and skiing in Loveland was great too. I would highly recommend this place! Eat at the Raven while you are here. YUMMY!
Owner response:Perfect timing for this ski trip! So glad you loved the house, we knew you would!!

This is a great family house filled with movies & board games! We had a great time playing games with our teenage daughters in the evening. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the heart of Georgetown from the house. The kitchen was fabulous, I had everything that I needed, we also BBQ'ed steaks one night on the grill! So much better than being in a hotel for about the same price! We love this house & sincerely hope to come back in the future!
Owner response:Would love to have ya'll back! Looks like my daughter is headed to Tulane next year, so we'll be seeing more of your part of the world!

Stayed at this house in Georgetown while in Colorado for a Family Reunion and it was everything we could have hoped for - AND MORE! Very spacious (could probably sleep 8 or more on beds, and 12-15 total) and very cute. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. The owner, Angela Kepler, went out of her way to make sure that we were well taken care of! My 92 year old mother lives in Georgetown, but we felt that having an extra group of adults and kids stay with her would be more than she should have to handle - very glad we came across this great place, and we WILL use it again on our next trip to Georgetown or the surrounding mountain towns and areas. Easily made trips to Frisco, Dillon Lake, Breckenridge, Central City and into Denver. Loved it, and loved the rates and service! Thanks, Angela - it was GREAT!

We stayed at the house back in August, and I've been meaning to come online and comment for a long while. This is a great place, very roomy, and if you have kids, they will LOVE the kid's space on the second floor. We loved everything about this place, and we will definitely go back!
