Just steps out the front door and you ski left down to the Thunderwolf lift and ski home through all base runs!

SnowDog Lodge is in the perfect location! Nestled in the woods and riverside, SnowDog Lodge is located on Low Dog Road, the only road at the base of Big Sky Resort with single family homes! SnowDog is also located only 1.2 miles from the base of Moonlight Basin Ranch the newest ski resort in the world!
From SnowDog you can mountain bike or frisbee golf the mountain in the summer and shop the mountain or meadow villages all year. You are also 9 miles from Blue Ribbon Fly-fishing, white water rafting, kayaking and floating in the Gallatin River. 40 minutes to fly-fish and snowmobile West Yellowstone.

Greetings! I am Jennifer Ziehl, the proud owner of SnowDog Lodge, Your Memorable Mountain Home! SnowDog Lodge is one of two ski-in/out vacation rental homes that I own at the base of Big Sky Resort. Currently, the boys and I reside outside of Washington DC and aren't able to spend anywhere near as much time as we would like at SnowDog. My property manager Jena is fabulous and will take care of all your needs during your stay. SnowDog Lodge is our home and hopefully will be Your Memorable Mountain Home! I first came to Big Sky over 10 years ago and fell in love with this hidden gem in the mountains! What I loved was the insane amount of beauty, ski terrain, fly-fishing and small town charm. Big Sky is a community of wonderful people that just happens to have a World Class Resort, amenities and outdoor activities in and around it!
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Rental Home
SnowDog Lodge is nestled in the woods on Low Dog Road, one of three roads in the Big Sky Mountain Village that has single family homes on it. Nestled stream side you are able to hear the stream 11 months out of the year from the back porch! Hiking is right out your front door as well as the ability to ski-in and out. The path down to the stream is quiet and leads to wonderful little ponds that both my children have learned to fly-fish in with their Great Grandfather!
