HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY Only one step up to front door/deck. First floor bedroom and bath (tub shower) - all first floor rooms accessible for wheelchair except family room (has one step up). Outdoor shower is wheelchair accessible from the deck with hand held shower head.

We stayed here with another couple (4 adults/2 children) at the end of this past summer and had a great experience. The house was clean and well stocked. It is in a quiet neighborhood, off the beaten path but yet convenient to get to Vineyard Haven or anywhere really. There are actually back roads leading to Vineyard Haven you can run or bike on (between 1 and 1.5 miles). Located close to the lagoon - I walked there each AM with my dog which brings me to another plus - the owners permit pets. This house had one of the nicest outdoor showers I have ever seen, hands down! Owners were very helpful. Excellent place to rent, would definitely rent again.

Great vacation rental on the vineyard! The owners were very accomodating with our requests and this was our second time staying at their vacation house near Vineyard Haven. We are definitely planning on coming back next year!

ABSOLUTLEY A PERFECT VACATION HOME. SPOTLESS AND OFFERS ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. PLENTY OF ROOM WITH ALL ROOMS BEING LARGE, COMFORTABLE AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED. GREAT LOCATION, PEACEFUL AND PRIVATE WITH BEAUTIFUL LARGE YARD. LOVED THE OUTDOOR SHOWER WITH COMBINED SHOWER AND DRESSING ROOM. HOUSE IS VERY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. HOPE TO MAKE THIS OUR VACATION RENTAL FOR YEARS TO COME.

We were here for a wedding. The house was large, had lots of sleeping space, and was in a great location. Literally a mile and a half from the Vineyard Haven ferry, which was very convenient. Loved that it was an easy drive into Oak Bluffs and Edgartown. Quiet secluded area, I imagine with the tire swing and fort in the back, this would be great for families as well. Nice screened in porch, great outdoor space. House was immaculately kept as well. Will definitely come back for future Vineyard trips.
