When you stay with us, you will enjoy a newly completed, upgraded, contemporary condo that surpasses any hotel room and nearly all other condos. The family room features comfortable seating, a 32" TV and DVD player. The sliding glass doors allow for unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico that will take your breath away! In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare your meals including upgraded GE Profile appliances (stove, oven, microwave) and bar seating .
The master bedroom is presented with classic elegance, featuring a 32" TV. You will not miss the comfort of your own bed as this one has been outfitted with the finest custom linens and fabrics. The king size bed has a luxurious pillow-top, adorned with 400 thread-count sheets and lots of comfy pillows. The master bath features a double vanity, garden tub with a warm tile back splash, and a separate shower. A large eight foot sliding glass door provides private access to the balcony from the master bedroom, offering a romantic late night view of the sunset!
The second bedroom features two twin size beds with a beautiful dresser and separate closet. It also has its own 20" TV. This bedroom has private access to the guest bathroom which can also be accessed from the hallway. The view from the guest bedroom is impressive, providing a peaceful look across the Seascape golf course and out to the Choctawhatchee Bay.
You will enjoy fantastic HUGE pools with fountains and waterfalls. There is also an exercise room, dry sauna and steam room in the building for the exclusive use by Ariel Dunes II owners and guests. You can also cruise over to Ariel Dunes I and enjoy the Cabana Cafe, a full service restaurant and bar. Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill is located right on our beautiful beach so you will able to enjoy sea-side dining while watching the breathtaking sunset. Better yet, enjoy the fabulous sunset from the furnished balcony of this brand-new, professionally decorated condominium while sipping your favorite cocktail.

Why the Owner Chose Ariel Dunes II
I've been involved with a number of rental properties over the years in various parts of the U.S.
The Destin/Ft. Walton area is one of the best all inclusive areas I've come across. It has all the dining, shopping, kid and beach activities one could ask for. The only thing I can honestly say it is lacking is a major international airport, and that will be taken care of early next year with the completion of the new Bay County International Airport, a short distance from Destin.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Ariel Dunes II is a new 24 story condominium complex on the resort of Seascape. There are 3 pools just outside my balcony door for use of only those staying in our complex. We have an onsite restaurant along with tennis courts and a golf coarse. We are an easy 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast.
