Thank you for viewing our lovely home. Flagstaff is about 2 hours outside of Phoenix with an easy drive up the interstate 17 and about 2 hours from The Grand Canyon. Cool summers and snow in the winter. Our home is located in a guard gated community with lovely walking trails and beautiful views. We built this as our own vacation home and was built to be family friendly with 4 bedrooms and 3 of the bedrooms have private baths with the fourth sharing the bath with a common area bath. Perfect for multi-generation family privacy.
The home is a two-story with 2 bedrooms including the master downstairs as well as the kitchen and living area.The second bedroom downstairs works well for someone with disabilities or mobility difficulty with enlarged doorways and modified bathroom. Decorated in a cabin feel for relaxing comfort just like Flagstaff was made for with an oversized back deck for lounging and watching the wildlife from the deck.
*The master bedroom also has private access to the deck and hosts a king sized bed
*the downstairs 2nd bedroom is a queen.
*Upstairs we have one bedroom that is a queen
*2nd bedroom upstairs is a dorm style with 2 sets of bunk beds.
*the loft can be used with 2 of the chairs as unfold cots great for youths
Wait til you see the kitchen. The counters are granite and custom tiling throughout on beautiful knotty alder wood cabinets and doors. Enjoy entertaining as well with 2 ovens and a warming drawer which makes it perfect for serving up family style. The main family room has hand carved oak wood flooring to add to the cabin feel. There is a small loft upstairs for the games or as a second television room that has 2 small folded up cots for your smaller guests.
Our home is in a private guard gated facility. We do live on a golf course so if you are a golfer we can do our best to try and make you a tee time. The course is private but does have some guest availability. Cost as set by golf club.
We have so many activities in the area including a service that will pick you up at the home for a day Grand Canyon tour so no need to drive and great guides. Please let us know your interest and we will get you information to make your trip a great memory.

Why the Owner Chose Flagstaff
Flagstaff Ranch has the feel of a rural mountain getaway, with the conveniences of a small town feel. Movie theaters and boutique shopping within 5 miles. We are also close enough to Grand Canyon to make it a day trip. The grounds are manicured with a guard gated community for comfort and safety.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The amazing view of Mt. Humphrey, the proximity to the Grand Canyon is 1 1/2 hours away or a great day trip and 30 minutes to the Diablo Canyon Meteor Crater and the Snowbowl ski resort is 20 minutes away. Our home is a straight shot 2 hour drive from Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix. Also located 1 mile south of Interstate 40 and the Historical route 66. Numerous hiking and biking trails. You can visit historic downtown which is 10 minutes away for cute shops and restaurants. Lowells Observatory is close as is NAU. So many activities to do we can give you more info when you book.
