This brand new professionally-decorated 1,300-square-foot unit, features two-bedrooms, two bathrooms, and everything you need to accommodate seven for a relaxing vacation.
* Enjoy the special views afforded by the light-filled Great Room, featuring comfortable sofas (one of which converts to a queen-size bed), 37-inch flat-panel HDTV, and sound system with a 3-CD player, and a desk with free high-speed Internet access.
* The dining area includes seating for six, with room for three more at the granite kitchen counter. From this area you can access the oversized balcony, ideal for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over cocktails in the evening.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your time at the beach.
* The master suite, with private full bathroom, provides a king-size bed, chair for reading, 19-inch flat-panel HDTV with built-in DVD, and room-darkening window treatments.
* The second bedroom provides a twin bunk set, comfortable oversize lounge chair that converts into an additional twin bed, and a 19-inch flat-panel HDTV with DVD player. A second full bath is located just outside the bedroom door (hairdryers are provided in both bathrooms).
* The laundry area within the unit provides a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. For an added convenience, a linen and towel service is provided at no additional cost to you, as is a weekly cleaning crew.
* No need to haul all your beach items along, as you have access to a storage unit on the garage level, stocked with four beach chairs, beach umbrella, two boogie boards and a cooler. A beach cart is even provided to make it easier to tote your items out to the shore each day.
Enjoy all the amenities of this exclusive resort, including Viking gas grills, teak tables and chairs, three pools, hot tub, game room, on-site restaurant, library, athletic facilities, and the new swim-up bar and grill with in-pool seating!
The Fishing Pier, Little Island Beach Park (with tennis and basketball courts) and the National Wildlife Refuge are within walking distance to the south.
The restaurants and shops of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area located within a 20-minute drive to the north, but you can then escape back to the tranquility of beautiful Sandbridge... and relax in the comfort of The Sanderling.
Use of condo amenities, swimming pool (open mid May to mid September), Limit 2 parking spaces per unit. No smoking. Fire Code Regulation prohibits the use of open-flamed or gas-fueled grilling devices on unit balconies.
