The popular, Sand Castle I Condo is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with magnificent 180 degree unobstructed views of sand, surf, and sunsets. Pristine beaches with heated pool, hot tub, gas BBQ's and expansive sundecks.
This condo is on the seventh floor of a nine-floor building, giving tremendous views of the ocean to the west, north, and south!!! Low enough to watch the beach activity, but high enough to see the dolphins and meandering pelicans diving for dinner. A large balcony is attached to the living room and master bedroom. Open your sliding glass doors and fall asleep with tropical breezes while listening to the waves on the shore.
Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, second bedroom has two full-size beds. An additional den/study has a sofa that can be folded out into a sofabed. Also, sofa bed in living room.
Just 30 minutes to St. Pete/Clearwater Airport, 45 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes to Orlando, and 50 minutes to Bush Gardens Park.
