Recently remodeled two-story Cape Cod style house. Raised entire house for flood level concerns. This also provides better views and more privacy from the surrounding homes. 3 blocks to the beach (beach chairs and beach badges are provided).
Family room – new addition -with a fireplace, rear deck with gas barbeque for relaxing. Completely new and expanded kitchen - the entire kitchen is all new, from granite counters to the wet bar and kitchen sink, which includes dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, blender. Opens to the family room.
Two bedrooms upstairs with a shared ½ bath, Queen bed (upstairs master), bunk beds (second bedroom upstairs). They overlook the living/dining room below with high beam ceilings. Downstairs bedroom with a full bed. Full bath downstairs. Sofa bed in living room. Couch in family room.
Hardwood flooring throughout the original house, with stone in kitchen and carpet in family room. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Enclosed out-door shower.
Two blocks from the Stone Harbor Yacht Club for an incredible dining experience.
All couches, recliners and beds are also new and top quality. TV Cable, flat screen in family room, TV in living room. Gas barbeque on rear deck, deck furniture.
