Our beautiful condo at the Regency is unit 411 and it is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos on Navarre Beach - over 1520 sq. feet of space to enjoy. It is fully appointed and the perfect place to spend your vacation. If excellence is part of your everyday life then you will appreciate the attention to detail you will find throughout our condo. Come and enjoy our newly updated kitchen - we continue to update our condo with new furnishings, linens, draperies, etc. We will meet and exceed your expectations!
Navarre Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Our beach is family oriented, quiet, peaceful - spectacular beauty without the crowds to spoil it! Come and enjoy some 'down time' with us. Remember - our Regency units are not the typical rental units and Navarre Beach is certainly not the typical crowded beach in the Florida Panhandle. Our condo has been professionally decorated and fully appointed. You will find everything you need at your fingertips. 411 Regency is located on the west side of the complex convenient to the pool and beach walkover - which by the way has NO steps! If you have children or older guests this unit is on the west half or pool side of the resort and most convenient to the beach and pool. All Regency balconies are Gulf front - large, private and spacious and we have comfortably furnished unit 411's balcony. It has a dining table, 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs and a glider. The unit boasts nine foot ceilings, crown molding, and doors opening from both the living space and master bedroom onto the Gulf front balcony. The large master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a whirlpool tub in the private bath. It is very upscale and tropical in décor. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, TV and DVD. The living area has a queen-size sofa, TV and DVD player. The condo comfortably sleeps eight. The view from the living space and master bedroom is simply breathtaking!
While sitting on our private 30x8 balcony you will enjoy everything you'd expect - dolphin jumping, surfers, fishermen, and sandcastle builders - and of course don't forget the fabulous sunsets! This is the perfect place to start or end your day! The kitchen has ample cabinets and you will feel as if you are cooking at home - everything you need if you choose to cook. However if that's not on your 'to do' list while vacationing we have great restaurants within walking distance. You will have a microwave, icemaker, coffee maker, blender, washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your use. Our condo is our second home - and is furnished as such - it is not the typical rental unit. If excellence is expected in your everyday life then don't settle for less while on vacation. Call us, better yet, come for a visit! You will not be dissappointed when staying with Simply The Best!
Our unit is a Non-Smoking, No Pet Condo. Minimum rental age is 25. Check in after 3:00 pm CST and Check out is before 10:00 am CST. Since we started coming to Navarre several years ago, we have always stayed in one of Betty's condos with the exception of last year. Our schedule didn't line up with openings and we certainly experienced the difference.. Being back again this year has proven yet again why we love staying in these condos. Betty does an exceptional job of remembering everything, from the well equipped kitchen to the nice balcony furniture. The condo is not only comfortable, but beautifully decorated, and Betty is so very easy to work with. Navarre is wonderful! If you desire a quiet get-a-way, you can do it. Or if you want to experience all kinds of outdoor adventures, they are close at hand. Thank you, Betty, for all you do to make everyone's stay here "Simply the Best."Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We have spent weeks in several condos up and down the East Coast and all along the Gulf, but never have we found one as spacious and elegantly decorated as unit 411. Everything went smoothly, from check in through check out. Everyone we met was very friendly, and Navarre Beach is a fantastic place for a vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

Just returned from a wonderful week on the beach. Of all the condos we stayed at in the past, unit #411 was by far the best. Was great to have room to spread out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. Condo was equipped with everything you could possibly need. You simply have to stay here!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children.

We recently stayed in unit 505, and first off I will say that the pictures of the unit do not show off it's size. It was awesome! VERY spacious and completely stocked. WE lacked nothing. We loved how BIG the balcony was too. The complex itself was great as well. They were constantly cleaning and checking things. There was plenty of parking. I loved that there were no stairs to get to the pool or beach. This helped with our little ones. WE will definitely stay in this unit again! We have gone to the beaches for many years (first time to Navarre Beach) and this is BY FAR the best condo (Regency #411) we have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean, very spacious, well stocked and the view was breathtaking (beautiful beach and water). The photos on VRBO were accurate, the description was accurate and the entire property was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning. Only regret was arriving a day late (due to emergency hospital stay) making our trip shorter, wished we could have stayed another week or more.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family and I was there July 2-9 2011 during Fourth of July and it was fabulous. The fireworks show was great and the condo was beautiful!!!!! All your needs are meet when you stay here. There was lots of space and a gorgeous view. We wanted or needed anything because it was at our fingertips. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lots of memories were mad and we can't wait to go back !!!!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We enjoyed are stay at this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo. The unit was well stocked with appliances, towels, bedding, cleaners etc. It is a very spacious unit and with a large balcony that offers great views. The beach was clean and water was beautiful. Pool area was well maintained. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My husband and I recently returned home from our one week vacation at Navarre Beach, Florida, where we stayed in the 2-bedroom 2-bath condo, Simply The Best! We were on the fourth floor, of the condo, where the view of the ocean was breathtaking. Our vacation was to give us time to rest and relax and we totally were able to do that. We spent hours on the beach, at the pool, and sitting on the balcony either watching the ocean, sleeping or reading. The kitchen is fully equipped so we were able to make some meals but there are also plenty of restaurants nearby. One restaurant, in particular, which we enjoyed was an Italian Restaurant, Gugliano's (sp?) - the food was delicious! The condo's office management was very helpful in answering questions and giving us directions when needed. We had a great vacation. Our only regret was wishing we had stayed two weeks instead of one week!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
