Payment-
Because Costa Rica is not part of the U.S. banking networks and there exists possible complications from international credit card use, we only accept payment through PayPal payment service (a subsidiary of eBay); no checks or other forms of payment please. At the time of your reservation, a deposit of half of the rental price is due. If you need to cancel your reservation 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival, it will be gladly refunded. The second half is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you are subsequently unable to visit, the rental fee is non-refundable since we would be unlikely to refill the vacancy on such short notice. The owners live on-site to assure your satisfaction.
