Enjoy this spectacular 6 bedroom home in Waldron Bay on Lake Winnisquam with fantastic views of the lake and outer islands, as well as picturesque sunrises as it crests the surrounding mountains. This spacious private waterfront home has 3 levels of living area. Upper level has a laundry room, 3 bedrooms with one having a bunk bed with a single top and full size lower, #2 BR having a full size bed. #3 BR has a queen size master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the lake along with a large bath, a loft with love seat and TV. The ground level has a living room, dining, kitchen, large stone gas fireplace, and a 2nd queen master bedroom. The lower floor has a second full kitchen, 2 large queen size bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining, and another large stone gas fireplace with a flat screen TV above it and lots more.
This home includes all the comforts and amenities you would expect. Outside there is a 35 ft. dock that comes with a canoe, rope swing, and gas fire pit on the deck for those enjoyable evenings. There is also a large fire pit close to the water for camp fires that are surrounded with Adirondack chairs for your ultimate relaxation. Swim off the dock or walk over to the private beach club with 350 ft. of water frontage with complete clubhouse, sand volleyball, swim platform, picnic area, community room, restrooms, tennis and more.

Hello,
My name is Steve; Jon and his wife Kimberly and I bought this property in 2005 for our get-a-way home as we decompress from our busy lives. We primarily live in Florida and spend as much time as we can up here as the summer heat continues to rise. We enjoy the cool weather as we venture out into the surrounding mountains and dive into the crystal clear lake off the dock at our very cozy lakefront home. We also enjoy coming here in the winter time to ski the local ski resorts as well. Whether winter or summer time, I'm sure you will enjoy these aspects as well and you will see there is so much to do in the area. Come be our guest, you will not be disappointed.
Why the Owner Chose Winnisquam Lake
We originally bought this property to escape the summer heat of Florida and relax in the solitude that this home provides. We love the quaint village of Meredith that offers very nice upscale shops, dining and seasonal activities. We are not using the house as much as we would like so we thought others may want to have the opportunity to enjoy the house and surrounding area as much as we do.

You will enjoy the open spaces the house provides with a large fully furnished deck to relax on as the sunsets. Fire up the grill and have a great dinner with a fabulous view overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains. The house has been stylishly appointed throughout which will give you the homey atmosphere you desire. With the village of Meredith just 10 minutes away, you can explore the shops, go antiquing or just walk around taking it all in. The clubhouse is perfect for family gatherings and picnics just 4 houses down from you. The kids can play sand volleyball or swim out to the floating dock platform and soak up the sun. With 350 feet of sandy beach, the kids can enjoy a cool dip anytime they want. There is also a foosball and shuffleboard table in the clubhouse for additional entertainment. These are nice amenities not available at very many, if any rental properties in this area.
