Salzburg was great and the accommodations were excellent. The apartment is clean and bright. It's very close to the train station and you can catch buses or taxis all around if you don't want to walk. Upon arrival we were met by the man who looks after the building and he provided us with the key and explained where the washers and dryers were. There is a security door when you enter the building and we always felt safe. They made it very easy for us both on arrival and departure. Stores and services are all within walking distance. The Restaurant with the Gosser Beer sign out front right across the street became a favorite place for us becaus the food was so good. Having the kitchen was a great benefit and allowed us to cook when we wanted to stay in. I would definitely stay here again next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the apartment - could have easily stayed longer if our schedule allowed it. The location was very convenient. Only a half block to the river path where we could stroll to new town and old town without any problems. Beautiful views from the apartment - sunrise over the fortress was amazing! Apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely love to return and stay at this apartment again.

The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location. The fortress was a focal point of view from the apartment. It was near the bahnhoff, the grocery, and bus lines. It was a pleasant walk to Maribelle Gardens and Old Town. We feel that we could not have found a better place to enjoy Salzburg.

I would rate the property and our stay (six nights) as VERY good. Very clean and within easy walking distance to the old city of Salzburg. Security is very good, if that is an issue for you. My wife and I would recommend this apartment to friends.

Great place to spend a week or more in the lovely city of Salzburg. Right next to the Schloss Mirabell where you can hear concerts all summer long, or enjoy the amazing garden. The small restaurant on the corner opposite the apartment building has a lovely no smoking dining room with traditional decor and cuisine, lovely proprietor. If walking is not your forte there is tram/bus service to the city center, but the 15 minute walk to the center is easy and flat.
