Our property is one of the most unique rental properties in Texas, as it is one of the first condo rentals that has the same amenities as staying at a resort. We are managed by Lakeway Resort, a beautiful resort on Lake Travis, Austin Texas.
The resort amenities include 3 pools, Jacuzzi, swim up bar, children's big slide and private pool area, full service spa, health club with sauna, full service restaurant and bar, access to 5 gold courses and tennis, and access for boat rentals just a walk down the hill at Lakeway Marina.
The condominium is almost 2600 square feet with 3 full bedrooms (one master) and 3 full baths. The condo has a loft which can sleep an additional 4 people. The kitchen is decked out with the beautiful stainless appliances including refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, icemaker, dishwasher and all the appliances and dishes you would need. The dining room seats 8 and the comfortable living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD player.
All bedrooms have flat screen TV's that also play DVD's and bedside clocks that can house your iPods. The entire unit has complete "dark out" curtains for complete privacy and for sleeping in late in the morning. The balcony has a beautiful view of the lake and marina.
You can order room service, and daily maid service is included. Park in your two designated parking spots under the condo units with elevator access to the condo. The resort is only steps away from the condo. This is also a great place for a wedding or meeting with their gorgeous views of their event rooms.

Year Purchased: 2008
My husband was raised in San Antonio and graduated from UT. We have 4 UT 50 yard line tickets and frequent Austin throughout the year. Additionally we have a boat slip at Lakeway Marina and have always stayed at Lakeway resort. We currently reside in Dallas, but recently purchased the condo for our own use and for rental for others to enjoy the condo and all the amenities of Lakeway Resort.
Why the Owner Chose Lakeway
Our condo is Lakefront property on Lake Travis. What is so unique about this property is that it is also includes all the amenities that the Lakeway Resort has to offer. This is the ONLY condo rental in Texas that also has resort amenities. Location was ideal as it is only 1/2 hour from the airport or downtown Austin. Additionally there is a marina only steps away where rentals or slips are available.

First, this million dollar property has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, loft that sleeps 2 or more, fully functional kitchen with state of the art stainless appliances, living room, fireplace and a large deck overlooking Lake Travis.
