Hi Lise and David, I just came back home from our sons soccer tournament, the best one we have had so far. Your condo was excellent, very confortable, clean, close to parks, publix, target and if you are a Sam's member there is one walking distance. The people at the entrance are extremedly friendly. Very quiet place and I will definetly be staying there again for next year tournament. Thank you, Maria.

Awesome Family Vacation Spot!

This vacation was very important to myself and my family. It was wonderful to have a home away from home that was so lovely. The condo was clean as were the grounds. There were plenty of things to keep my kids busy. I had an amazing family vacation experience!!

We were incredibly impressed with the gated community, on site security , friendliness of staff, and the cleanliness of the property and the condo. We were perhaps a 15 minute easy drive from the parks , and less than a mile from every possible shopping option . The community was quiet with a lovely pool, hot tub, stocked pond, arcade, fitness room , playground and picnic/ grilling around the lake. The Ips were easy to communicate with and they have furnished the condo with lovely touches and amenities. When we return we will definitely rent from them again - a completely positive experience .

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Dear David and Lise, please accept my heartfelt thanks for letting us use your condo as our home away from home for the last month. We have been staying at Seven Dwarfs for the last 7 or 8 years and stayed in this condo before you bought it. I thought we knew exactly what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the bed in the master bedroom was, much better than any other condo we have stayed in in the past and very soothing for my arthritis. We will be out of here in the morning. Thanks again Lise for all your help before we left home. Best wishes for your business Until the next time

Five weeks of heaven, the villa had all that was advertised and the location for the Outlet sales was just great. Visited Auburndale Market not to be missed. Homossasa Springs, Holyland experience, Florida Mall and so much more. Thank you cruisingmac

Great Location, Great Condo with Lots of Room

Booked the condo with Judy who was wonderful to talk to. Beautiful property, very clean and great security, minutes from all parks and restaurants. Great having free wi-fi as we all had our own computers. The only negative I would say is that the mattress was not comfortable, felt very thin. I ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable then any of the beds. I thought it was just me but my wife and kids said the mattresses were not comfortable also. Maybe if there were some pillowtop mattress covers or maybe its just time for new mattresses, not sure but it would help. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This was a wonderful condo!!! Not only was it beautiful, it was affordable as well. very helpful, they even gave us pointers on convenant places to shop. The condos were well decorated and the pool was gorgeous. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice, affordable vacation. I am looking forward to returning.

I would highly recommend this property. My in-laws were visiting from Canada and we chose this property to stay at for our visit to Disney. We were 7 adults, 2 children and a baby. We were very comfortable and they even provided a highchair and pac-n-play. They were wonderful when we had questions. We also really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and playground that were nearby. They provide soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for a couple of days, but if you are staying longer or if you are a numerous bunch (like us), bring extra. There is also a Publix very nearby. I HIGHLY recommend this place and plan on booking it again. Can't believe all that you get for the price and it was very close to Disney.

We rented the condo for a long weekend family reunion. The condo was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The pool and grounds were clean and well maintained. A small problem w/ ants was taken care off immediately after a call to the owners. There was pleanty of room to cook and entertain 20 of us for dinner!! My only disappointment was that we had to provide toilet paper, kleenex, dish soap, salt/pepper/sugar etc. Since we travelled by airplane and couldn't take this stuff with us, there was a lot of waste. I would have paid a little extra to have these items provided and be able to leave them rather than have to throw them away. On a positive note, the condo was well maintained, quiet and roomy. Sam's Club, Super Target, Publix and lots of great restaurants nearby made shoppping and eating easily accessible.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

When we researched VRBO and how units were set up, with followed the standard. This place was great!! It was very clean, well maintained and great for our combined family group of 9. The in room laudry was helpful. It is conveniently located with just short trips (approx 20 min) to Universal or Disney. It was very easy to travel to and from the parks each day. The owners of this property are extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends.

This is I believe the third time we've stayed in this unit. The owners are wonderful to work with. The unit is clean and well-kept. You can't beat 4 BR's, full kitchen, in-room laundry, and a dining table. I highly recommend... just be sure to leave our family some open weeks to stay!!!

We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was a very pleasant experience and if we decide to come to this area again, we would definitely stay at this condo again. Not only was the condo very suitable, the amenities and location of the Villas of the 7 Dwarfs were also top shelf.

This condo was wonderful!! It was very clean, well maintained and great for our large family! We were there to go to Disney World. It was very easy to travel to and from the parks each day. One road, no turns, makes it an easy trip!! The owners of this property are extremely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this condo to all my friends and I will definitely be staying there in the future!!!!

We are 4 generations that stayed in the condo, 10 people all together. We loved it!! We don't want to stay in a hotel again. Very clean, well kept and very comfortable. The owners were excellent to work with and really made us feel at home. If you are checking out the property and trying to decide whether to stay here or not, please book it. You won't be sorry. It is close to all attractions, quiet and well kept. The security is excellent and the owners are accessible when needed. The kids in our party absolutely flipped over the Mickey Mouse decorations. I was amazed that the kids have also commented on how much they liked "that house you got us". We spent 10 days in Walt Disney World and the kids were impressed with the house! It was great.

I came down with my fastpitch team last January for a tournament and we left with nothing but positive memories. 15-20 mins from the part of Disney we were going to, lots of room for us and we really enjoyed the pool area with BBQ pit nearby. Thanks again.

Our stay was great, the kids didn't mind staying in on the rain days. It truelly was better than I expected. The condo was clean and had plenty of room and everything we needed extra towels and blankets. My family didn't want to go we are now spoiled and will not do hotels unless we have to.:)

We stayed in your condo over mothers day weekend and had a wonderful time. It was the perfect location and size to accomadate our family of five along with both my mother and my husbands mother. With a baby and a toddler having somewhere close to return to for naptime makes everything so much more enjoyable. Definetly will stay here again and again!

We have a family of 5 and staying in a hotel is a challenge. On Spring Break we moved from a hotel to this condo and felt so spolied to have so much room. My mom and dad even joined us and never was there a problem with space. We all had our own rooms and the kids loved having space! It was also great to have a full kitchen to enjoy. We look forward to coming back in July for our family reunion!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The rental was spacious and better than promised. It accommodated six college girls with ease and was the perfect ending to our college careers before graduation. Judy and Mark were a delight to work with, highly recommended!

We were pleasantly suprised when we arrived at the condo, Entered into the gated compound greeted by a friendly security person. As soon as we walked into the unit, it smelled like a model home, brand new smell, (love that smell) I was amazed at how roomy it was, There were seven of us who stayed and was very comfortable with the accomodations. My daughter had homework to do and the high speed wireless internet was an asset. The grounds appear to be well kept, grass is green and edged, the whole property seems like it is continually kept up. WE THANK U for accommodating us... we will definitely do this again.

This condo was great. It was clean and ready for us. It felt just like home. My husband took advantage of the gym every morning and the last day we went to the pool. It had a very nice clubhouse. I would definately stay here again.

When we found this condo, for the price that we did, we were a bit nervous that it was not going to be as it was portrayed. But it exceeded our expectations. My husband and I still can't believe it. It's wonderful! The celings are high, the rooms good size......they are clean and well stocked. When they say it can sleep 10...... it can, easily.... and without feeling crowded! We had a house full and it definately did not feel crowded....it was very roomy. These condos are very impressive. The owners are also very easy to reach if there are any problems. We are so impressed, we extended our stay!
