You get the same situation as if you were at the St. Regis or the Ritz but in a quiet, private setting where you can simply escape quickly and then return again to the city. ... Freeway access is simple.Most of the beach cities are far noisier than Capistrano Beach yet it is just as close to all the water activities...Hard to find a gated community of only 8 homes. Everything about the place is NEW. Including the Grand Piano ... you have ocean 24/7 need I say more. Older, established residents who appreciate privacy. Almost each room has its sole reason for an occupant. If you want to stay up late and read by a fireplace, you've got that, in the living room watching a sporting event, no problem! in the Casita for an afternoon nap while everyone else is still running around, they won't miss you! Upstairs in the Jacuzzi tub with your mate or after a good workout, not a problem..Up on the deck sunbathing, simple.
