Bedroom 2 has a queen bed & a queen futon, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4/loft is on the 3rd level of the home and has 2 twin beds and 2 twin trundle beds with a separate sitting area. This home sleeps 8 - 12 comfortably.
