"The Villa of San Peter and Paul's Houses" is an independent old style seafront villa situated in Reggio di Calabria, a city famous worldwide for its "Bronzi di Riace" and its wonderful waterfront. This estate is the famous one of all its Pellaro area and it is considered an historical and cultural property according to italian law.

More importantly this villa is located only 70 meters from the beach where you can enjoy the great Ionian Sea. It is well connected to all areas of Calabria by the airport of Reggio Calabria, which is only 5 km away and by the railway station. You can enjoy the beach, the restaurants and the shops that are very near to the estate.

The district is very quiet. At the same time you can find in an area of 100 square meters three supermarkets where you can buy fresh food, many coffee shops, many restaurant such as "La Griglia" and "La Capanna" perfect for eating fish, a pharmacy, a place where you can buy newspapers and have assistance for your electronic devices and more. Only one block fare from "The Villa" there is the very famous ice cream shop named "Tahiti" which won the prize as the best ice cream shop of all South Italy in the year 2009. Nearby you can also enjoy a new shopping center.

The Villa is structured on four levels for a total of approximately 300 square meters. The Villa also includes a garden and parking. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room (with many international television channels) that has an exit to large balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea that is considered perfect for relaxing and taking in the sun. The rooms are spacious and full of light.

The parking for your car is very useful and we suggest you to rent a car for moving around all the great Calabrian beaches and for a one day trip in Sicily. We provide free internet connection five hours per day and you will find also a washer.
