The "San Peter and Paul's house in Calabria" is an independent seafront villa situated in Reggio di Calabria, a city famous worldwide for its "Bronzi di Riace" and its wonderful waterfront.

More importantly this villa is located only 50 meters from the beach where you can enjoy the great Ionian Sea. It is well connected to all areas of Calabria by the airport of Reggio Calabria, which is only 5 km away and by the railway station. You can enjoy the beach, the restaurants and the shops that are very near to the estate. There is a great new shopping center nearby.

The Villa is structured on four levels for a total of approximately 300 square meters. The Villa also includes a garden and parking. You will find 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room (with 500 tv channels) that has an exit to large balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with an amazing view of the sea that is considered perfect for relaxing and taking in the sun. The rooms are spacious and full of light. We provide free internet connection 24 hours a day and, if required, a laptop for your disposal. You will find also a washer.

Prices are considered all inclusive without any hidden cost. We have special discounts if you reserve the house two months in advance and if your stay will be longer than a week.   • Wonderful location, very clean and roomy with great deck, garden and view of the sea. Everything we wanted in our Calabria lodging. We felt like kings like we had our own estate. Also the location is perfectly located, we did day trips all over Calabria and Sicily. Lastly the price can't be beat and Paolo was very helpful. Thanks!!

  • We were 5 adult travelers who stayed one week at this property. We had a wonderful time, and the House was perfect for our needs. We rented a car, and it was nice to have our own garage. Very convenient to have the train station so close. We went to Reggio by train a couple times. We drove around Calabria (Back to our grandparent's town). We drove, and took the ferry to Sicily. It is so easy and so worth it! Thanks to Paolo, his dad and Flora for their hospitality.

  • We contacted Mr. Paolo Zagami through a common friend one year ago and we rented the villa for 10 days last summer. From the beginning he was very kind and helpful by picking up all of us (we were a family of 5) at the Reggio Calabria airport. The house is very large with a lot of sun coming in through the window and the balconies. The view is pretty beautiful and the air is wonderful and not hot. We had a car and the parking near the garden was very useful. The location of the house is perfect because it's only about 100 meters away from the beach but at the same time it's on a main street where you can find all the shops, the groceries and the market. By the way, we found a terrific shopping center just a few blocks away. More in particular, it's located very near all the wonderful beaches of the Ionian Sea, and it's connected to every place by a metropolitan train which leaves just in front of the house. During our holiday, we especially loved the beaches of Lazzaro and Melito Porta Salvo and we appreciated the great "Magna Grecia Museum" of Reggio. Travelling by car, we went to eat the best fish I have ever ate in my life (concerning restaurants, ask Paolo and he will give you the best advice). We loved the "gelato" and the "granitas". We loved our stay in Calabria and our accommodations were really perfect...thanks for everything Paolo! Angie Condello

  • We have had seven perfect days here...our souls have been nourished, not just from the peace and beauty of Calabria but also from the hospitality extended to us during our stay at San Peter and Pauls House. This 3 bedroom Villa is extremely spacious and we loved that there were 2 bathrooms so we felt like we had his and her bathrooms. The view from the terrace and other windows in the Villa are absolutely beautiful. The entire Villa is tended to immaculately. It was perfect. We had a blast and this Villa is absolutely spectacular and the view is magnificent. From the moment we arrived it felt like home away from home and does not feel like an impersonal rental at all. The private garden and sunsets all contributed to a perfect vacation. We sat on the terrace for hours one afternoon, deeply content, watching the late afternoon sky. Paolo has attended to every detail that you could imagine and if there is something you want, he will get it for you. He has great taste and very polite, respectful and accommodating. You instantly feel like you have known Paolo for awhile because of his camaraderie. We must thank Paolo personally for his exceptional communication, tons of wonderful advice about Calabria, and it made a smooth experience from start to finish. The amenities and forethought evident in your preparation for your guests was extraordinary Paolo. Being by water is an absolutely wonderful location, and yet you are just minutes from everything. We got to enjoy the local culture. Nothing prepared us for how wonderful it was to be there. We think it will be paradise for anyone who visits, whether to meditate, to luxuriate, to relax or to explore. Local walks and attractions are also very conveniently located. Having internet access 24 7 was so convenient and saved us from having to venture out and about looking for an internet cafe, just to have a laptop at our fingertips was definitely a plus. We were able to communicate with our families and friends.We would highly recommend San Peter and Pauls House to anyone. Yes we will be back. Thanks for the memories and wonderful time.
