Charming, spacious cottage nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in the mountains of Big Canoe. Our home has 4 BEDROOMS nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and quality linens. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a king bed, Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a door leading to the screen porch. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) with a Jack and Jill bathroom. A fourth king sized bedroom is located on the terrace level with a full bath. There is an additional half-bath across from the kitchen on the main floor.
There are 3 LIVING AREAS, one on each floor. The main floor living area has a stacked stone fireplace, TV, vaulted ceilings with windows spanning from floor to second story ceiling, open to the kitchen. There is a sitting area in the loft that looks over the main floor, perfect for reading or browsing the internet with wireless connection. The terrace level has a large living area complete with a TV, DVD/VCR, video/DVD library, board games, stereo system and a large table for playing games or for additional dining space.
The KITCHEN is bright and cheerful with a comfortable window seat in a cozy nook that is perfect for relaxing with a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped, up to date, with most everything the cook needs including cookware, utensils, dishes and appliances. There is a large dining table that can easily accommodate 8 people. A laundry room is located downstairs with full-sized washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE on the main floor there is a comfortable screened porch and deck for enjoying the outdoors and viewing deer meandering down the mountain side, often in the morning and early evening of the day. Stairs lead from the deck to a covered porch below where there is a gas grill where you can cook out, rain or shine.
The house is located within easy driving distance to the amenities offered at Big Canoe including the swim club, Sconti golf club and restaurant, tennis courts, boating, fishing, hiking trails, rock slide, fitness center and Chapel

Price is for 6 guests. Additional $10 per night per guest over 6.
All rates are exclusive of a $95 cleaning fee.
