This house is a 1947 "historic" house restored in 2006 and is located on a quiet historic street in the heart on Estero. The house kept his "original wooded ceiling and floor and his decorating with style. The front house has a small screened lanai with 2 rocking chairs and a small cocktail table... Perfect place to watch the sunset sky. The kitchen has been completely remodel and has everything to cook. The living room has a sleeping sofa and a big "cable 32" TV with a view on the private garden backyard.... Perfect spot to watch the birds, have your cookout grill, peace and a tan.
There is a full bathroom and a small bedroom with a daybed (2 twins or King)
A sofa bed can also accommodate 2 persons.
This is perfect place for a couple, with or without any children.
This house also has a small business office that occupies a closed section of the house during daytime.

Year Purchased: 2006
My husband, son and I move in Estero in 1999. We originally are from Montreal, Canada. I felt in love with this house because of his "historic" cozy style, right in the heart of Estero. The house was built in 1947 and belonged to the Fernandez family. This house have a lot of good souvenir and history for this family. In 2006, we bought it and remodel it by keeping some of his original as much as possible. We now are proud to be able to share this charming little "blue" house with family, friends and sunshine lovers.
