  We enjoyed our stay at the beach. This house is located on a quite street, perfect for walking our dog. It's close enough to everything in town. We will definitely consider staying here again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Although the location for this property is centered in the middle of everything, the overall condition is in need of minor repairs. The appliances are relatively new but that is the extent of it. The flooring is extremely old and worn terribly. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80’s. There were lights and ceiling fans in the unit that didn’t work. The slider that faces south towards the ocean didn’t work at all. The yard and surrounding ground needs some TLC. (Items need picked up and or thrown away). The openness of the unit is quite nice and the owner’s response to emails and questions was very prompt and courteous. In summary I guess for the weekly rate the unit is somewhat acceptable, however next time we will probably spend a little more and try and get a more updated unit.

  Owner response: Thanks for bringing the few issues mentioned to our attention, we will get them fixed asap. We got all the lights, the ceiling fans and the slider back in operation and my management team is getting the grass cut and the weeds pulled. We are still the best value in Gulf Shores bar none and Pets are always welcome, but not on our pristine beaches sorry!! Thanks again for bringing a few of our defects to our attention.

  My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! This was my daughters first trip to the beach and she absolutely loved it. We walked to the beach and The Hangout, as a matter of fact, once we got there, we didn't move our cars again until the day we left. So many things within walking distance. Nice house/neighborhood, good location. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!

  We highly reccomend this property if your looking for a reasonably priced private vacation home. The listing was accurate with no suprises. It was clean, comfortable & roomy. The location was perfect. It was centally located within walking distance to the resteraunts, shops & beach. Although , the beach closest to the house was crowded & no drinking allowed, we found a beautiful, more secluded beach about 10 miles down the road where we could drink. We had a blast & will definately come back again!

  VERY PEACEFUL AND QUIET. I WILL RENT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN. HOST ARE EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH. CONDO HAS ALOT OF ROOM, AND YOU CAN GO DO YOUR DAY ACTIVITIES AND COME HOME AND RELAX. VERY LOW TRAFFIC AREA.

  We loved it! It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, on a dead end street that is very quiet. The home itself is big, clean, and very welcoming to your family. It's really a great bargain that is MUCH cheaper than anything we found, while at the same time I would compare this with ANY of the condos we looked at during our stay! (We had some friends staying at other places) You would be foolish not to try this out. Highly recommended!

  Condo needs some spiffing up, but that seems to be common when a rental is pet friendly. No internet connection. Nice owners and pleasant to deal with.

THIS LOCATION IS IDEAL FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING YOU COULD WISH FOR. DEAD END STREET-FISHING IN YOUR BACK YARD -WALK TO AT LEAST 8 GREAT RESTUARANTS- AS WELL AS FUN FILLED NIGHT LIFE- PETS ARE AS WELCOME AS PEOPLE- CHILDREN LITTERLY CAN PLAY IN THE STREET-SAFE CLEAN COMFORTABLE BEACH LIVING AT IT'S BEST!   We loved staying at this property especially since we could bring the dogs!!!! It isn't on the beach but there is free public parking right down the street! All appliances you need and just a cozy environment!!! Loved it!!

  This was the perfect place for our family. We were going to the beach for my son to play baseball and needed something very affordable but still wanted it to be a nice vacation. The owner was very nice and worked with us on very short notice. The house was clean and very tastefully decorated. The pictures don't really convey how cute it is or how large the living area actually is. Appliances are all new. The canal behind the property made up for not being on the ocean. My kids fished and went for a ride in the canoe left by the owner. The house is tucked far enough back on the street to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient to everything you need. It is within walking distance of the beach and two of the best places in Gulf Shores to eat. (The Shrimp Basket and Crico's Pizza). We walked to supper two of the nights we were there, and walked to the beach in the morning. We did drive and park closer to the beach when we took all our toys and chairs. I would definitely stay here again. It felt like home.
