There is an exposed brick wall open to the Kitchen. The Kitchen has Granite counters with Stainless Steel Appliances and smooth top range. The eating area looks out onto the deck which overlooks several Dogwoods that bloom in April/May. There is also a formal Dinning Area that is open to the eating area and Living Room.

The lake views and bridge leading over Kingsmill lake are always enjoyable. This home is surrounded by nature - owls, eagles, swans, ducks, turtles, and more. The private beach next to Kingsmill Marina is a favorite place for my daughter and I. When the weather is warm, the Kingsmill pools are fun and the walking and biking trails are always tempting. There is no better place to live in Williamsburg.
