Welcome to Paradise! Our beautiful town home is located on Plantation Key at Mile Marker 87.2, which is just north of Islamorada. It is a short distance to many of the fabulous Florida Keys fun spots, shops, restaurants, and of course great tiki bars.
Executive Bay Club is a gated community with 24 hour security. The property is located on the bay side and has a private beach, marina, Olympic size heated pool, club house, tennis courts and more.
Our unit was completely renovated in 2005 and nothing was left to spare. You will relax in complete comfort and everything you need is provided, except your clothes and food of course.
Spend an evening in with friends and family and watch movies, play a game of pool on the custom pool table, play a game of darts, take a swim in the pool or jump into the bay. Spend the day on the private beach and don’t miss the spectacular sunsets from the marina dock.
Enjoy our little piece of paradise and you will return year after year.
*Please note that tenants are not permitted to keep personal watercrafts (boats, jet skis, etc) in the Executive Bay Club Marina or on the property, except to load and unload from the dock.

We both currently work in the real estate industry. Brent retired from the U.S. Coast Guard as a Chief Warrant Officer after 24 years. Barbara has worked in the mortgage lending industry for over 20 years. The Keys is our happy place and we eventually plan to retire there. In the mean time, please enjoy our little piece of paradise. I was part of two couples that shared this house. It was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved being close to everything (places to eat, shop and have a drink). The house was larger than we had anticipated and working with the Fonners was really easy. If we ever return to the Keys we would love to stay there again. If you vaca here make sure you go to Robbie's and feed the tarpon:)
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful spring break vacation at this unit. The townhouse is just as described and is even more beautiful than the pictures. My family (wife and two teenage boys) was very comfortable. Having three bathrooms and three bedrooms gave us plenty of space when needed while the family room and pool table brought us together for lots of together time. The location was perfect for us. We went scuba diving out of Key Largo (Rainbow Reef), the park next door was great for morning walks, there are beautiful restaurants nearby, and we even took a day off the Keys to spend in South Beach. Best of all, the Brent and Barbara made us feel more like houseguests than renters. We hope to return again soon.

Vacationed Christmas Day 2009 to New Years Day 2010. Experience was great. It was like staying at the Hyatt - most of the interior was like new. Great furnishings, ammenities like big tile showers, great bedrooms, pool table. Both kids had their own bedroom with TV. Short walk to the club house, tennis court, pool, beach, and pier. Short drive from great restaurants, charter fishing, grocery store etc. It was 75 to 80 degrees F while everyone back home in Indiana were experiencing sub-freezing temperatures. Highly recommend.
