Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2005
Ron and I have always loved the ocean and bicycling. Our condo in Hampton Bays allows us to enjoy both on the same day!
Why the Owner Chose Hampton Bays
We are a very active family and enjoy all of the activities the area provides. We wanted something that is maintenance free, has a great location, and lets us get to golf, fishing, tennis, boating, shopping, and of course bicycling, all with beautiful scenery. We also enjoy the arts and in the Hampton's we have many galleries, museums and craft shows. With our lovely home in Hampton Bays we found them all.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We can get to all of our favorite activities very easily because we avoid all of the Hampton traffic.
