this is one of the nicest one bedrooms here on the North shore has a leather queen size sleeper and couch and chair set. the rental is comfortable for up to four. It is set in the most prime area on the North Shore conveniently located midway between Sunset and Waimea overlooking the most famous surf spots in the world.
The unit was designed for comfort and hospitality .Offering leather sofas, granite bar/counters in bath and kitchen, vessel sink, river rock shower/bath tub, all stainless appliances, flat screens, cable, ipod docks in both rooms, ceiling fans throughout, a/c in bedroom/living, memory foam, private yard with barbecue, car parking, out door hot cold shower, full size front loading washer and dryer.
Your view of Off The Wall is amazing, Pipe, Backdoor, Rockpile and Logs right out in front depending on which way you look. when you get out of the water you have gates in front and back for board and personal storage.Lifeguards available next door during business hours.Fire dept is just down the street and responds immediately if necessary.
The unit is attached to a large 3 bed 2.25 bath which can be rented along with it perfectly accommodating large families who may want separate quarters but still be attached
Nearby tennis, basketball, Banzai skate board park, golf at the Turtle Bay Resort. Ride bikes from out your gate onto the beautiful tropical bike path. Paddle board, surf board and water toy rentals available at a couple of locations locally. Grocery store, gas station, some of the best swimming and snorkeling beaches on the North Shore during certain seasons, even catch a glimpse of whales, dolphins and swim with turtles right out in front during selected months.
Rainbows are almost always a sure thing here. During the season the best surfing hands down goes on right out in plain view from your place. Come and enjoy!

My wife and I couldn't have found a better place to enjoy the rest of our honeymoon. We went on a 7 day cruise out of Honolulu, and returned to spend 2 days in this oasis. The owners, who live upstairs, are never to be seen or heard unless you need something. Unlike previous reviews, the trash is not a problem anymore. You place your trash can outside the gate for pick up on designated days. You are literally right at the beach accross the street. I swam with turtles, the day we got there, right off the beach. You are on natures aqarium, when you step in the water. Tropical fish everywhere, as soon as you put your head underneath the water. Not like in FL, where I live. The living quarters have everything you need to cook, sleep, and shower, or just to enjoy some tv. Internet is available at all times, but it's nice to forget about realitiy, if you can do with out the internet. The owner's have everything you need to enjoy the water right on premises for you. All I can tell you is we will definitely be back to visit Audrey. Next time we will be staying for atleast a week, though. I would not recommend this to anyone with more than two adults, and two children. Well, Aloha, and Mahalo to Audrey!

My girlfriend and i stayed here and i could not of had a better time. The condo is literally on the beach and could not be a better spot. It is in a very mellow spot and you dont get bothered at all. the bikes are awesome to cruise on the bike trail. the Condo itself couldnt be better, completely remodeled and has everything you need. I definitely will stay here again on my next rip back. Audrey and Matt are awesome and will hook you up with whatever you need. Thanks again Audrey and Matt, it was a killer trip

Our stay was for 5 days, month of June 2009, 2 adults, no children. We swam every day! The beach is white sand, beautiful, glorious, uncrowded, very clean and gorgeous. The ocean is vast, blue and just wonderful. There are Life Guards on duty. And...the sun sets right in front of you every single day with colors that are Perfection. Mahalo. The unit is very clean and modern. Good use of space. My husband blamed the king size couch for his lack of motivation...every time he laid on it, he just...drifted off. ;) I personally enjoyed being able to see so much sky and ocean through the unit's windows...you couldn't help but smile all the time...very zen. The outdoor shower has WARM water and is very private. Wish we had had time to utilize the two bicycles that are stored back there! Oh well, something to look forward to next time! The outdoor patio was such a blessing at the end of a hard day at the beach. Another good sized living space with a propane grill and comfortable seating for more people than we had. Absolutely wonderful place and the Owners Audrey and Matt are the personification of Aloha. The only negative comment...we were required to recycle and dispose of our own garbage. The logistics escaped us at first. (What traveler expects to have to do that at a remote location at that Daily Rate WITH Cleaning Fee?) This was a first for us, and to be honest, we were a bit taken aback at that requirement. But fine...no biggie. On a 1 to 10....we'd give it a 10+.
