It's three bedrooms, one bathroom and sleeps 4 to 6 comfortably. This is a great location for ATV's, hiking, biking, fly fishing, boating, snowmobiling and cross country skiing.
It's quiet and very relaxing and the sound of the river will make your stay in this great community even more relaxing.

This is an adorable, warm and cozy cabin. The cabin was extremely comfortable for our group of 6. It is beautifully furnished, clean, and the outside fire pit was teriffic. The property owners could not have been nicer. The only negative thing I can say it that I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this cabin!!!!!

Charming cabin on north end of lake on pretty part of the river. Feeding the "pet" trout in the pond was the highlight of my teens vacation. Large grass area for playing, horseshoe pits, and a great fire pit for making s'mores rounded out the experience. We stayed 1 1/2 weeks and rotated from hanging out on the lake to side tours. Easy access to Mesa Verde, Hoven Weep, Silverton, Pagosa Springs Hot Springs, and Durango for rafting and tubing on the river. The owners were friendly, helpful and obviously love their property as they were often watering, mowing, picking up trash at the cabin. This was definately a place we would come back to.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Super cute cabins. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They rescued our vacation after we showed up to a different VRBO property that fell through due to negligent owners. If you are looking for a cute cabin on the water, then this is the property to go to. *also they have a fish pond and will give you food to feed them which I thought was a very cute touch (I had way too much fun feeding the fish!)
