We have puzzles, books, music, and unbeatable beach views and access. The house is modern, elegant, airy, with high ceilings and sky views throughout. Our radiant heating system provides warm floors and individually controlled thermostats throughout. The house is understated, spacious, and very, very comfortable. Dogs are welcome.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Our house is just a 7 minute easy walk to the beach, so we go often, for Tidepooling, long walks with our dog, Swimming, Kayaking. We take friends hiking in the open space nearby, and Bicycling on the back roads which wind through dairy farms, Freestone (peaches!) and past bucolic countryside and ocean views. Our location is good for day trips to the Russian River, Sonoma County wine country, Bodega Bay to the north, and Tomales Bay, Marshall, and the extraordinary Point Reyes Peninsula, charming Pt. Reyes Station to the south. Throughout, there is great food, fresh produce, sustainable agriculture and locavore dining, even in Petaluma! This area is the perfect mix of green-belt agriculture and protected coastal zone-without traffic jams, loud day-trippers, or resort congestion.

We were very pleased with our 3 night stay. Everything we needed and more was provided. The heated floors made it very comfortable and the views were great. Loved the fireplace, kitchen, hot tub, game room and just about everthing else! We would come back in a heart beat!

Our group of 5 adults, one baby and one dog were very comfortable in this home. It's obvious that this place was designed for the Owners and everything you could need is provided for. From the fabulous views to the well appointed kitchen, everything was wonderful. Loved the heated floors! We made use of all the amenities - ping pong, hot tub, puzzles, fireplace. Couldn't have been more pleased.

This house was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. We wanted to get out of the city to celebrate a 30th birthday and could not have found a better house for the occasion. This place comfortably slept all 10 of us and was fully equipped with everything we needed for our retreat. The views are spectacular, the beach is a very short walk away, the hot tub is great, the kitchen has all the necessities, the master bathroom is incredible, the owners are very nice and laid back... I could go ON and ON! We will definitely rent this house again!

We had a wonderful time. I marveled at the luxury of our northern California coast. So remote, unspoiled and accessible. The beach is spectacular and our dog (Jasper) had the best time chasing the teens in the surf and taking long walks to Lawsons Landing with me. We rented wetsuits at the General Store which was the only way to get in the chilly water. The house is exceptional! We especially loved the turn table and LP’s. Who knew that the current generation of teenagers would find it so cool and irresistible in addition to serious ping pong! The grill is perfect, the kitchen highly functional. I think the best thing about your house is the light. At every part of the day . . the light . . is so exquisite. I finished a painting sitting at your dining table . . I could have been there for months it was so pleasant.

This house is a wonderful rental in Dillon Beach. The pictures don't do it justice and the views are amazing. Not to mention a 5 minute walk to a great beach. What a place to watch a sunset! We just returned from a 4th of July holiday with 8 adults and 4 children. The house was perfect in every way - despite not having any hot water. There was a last minute problem and the owners dealt with the situation as best they could given the circumstances. We made it work and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will be back. No need to bring towels, sheets, etc. and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the server ware and cook ware that one would need. The house is also meticulously kept with all the conveniences to make a vacation just perfect.

We were a group of 9 women celebrating my 50th birthday, and the house was absolutely perfect. The views are stunning, literally from every room. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We cooked large meals with no problem. There is tons of natural light. The warm floors were the perfect finishing touch...ahhh. The owner was friendly and helpful. It will be a weekend I will always remember.

This is the best vacation rental experience we've had through VRBO, by far. The house was spotless when we arrived and everything worked perfectly, including the lovely hot tub and great ping pong setup. We enjoyed the rainy new year's eve weekend by cooking huge meals together and doing jigsaw puzzles by the fire, all the while enjoying extraordinary ocean views from literally every room. I've bookmarked this listing and will be back!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos on the listing. It's spacious, has incredible amounts of light (even when it's foggy), and as in the description, there's a view of the ocean from every room, including all of the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and ideal for sit-down meals with a large group. This is a perfect rental for good or bad weather since there's a great hot tub, ping pong table and other distractions, such as books and games provided by the owners. It's extremely clean, modern and well maintained. The best is that it's an easy 5-minute walk to the beach. I couldn't imagine a better place to celebrate my 40th birthday and I hope to go back in the near future. I have already recommended it to some friends.

This home was beyond our expectations! The photos do not do it justice! The entire home has expansive ocean views, there is a large wind sheltered deck in the front and smaller decks facing the ocean on the lower level, the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and small tools, their are plenty of games and books to keep you busy, the cement floors (hydronically heated) are completely toddler and pet friendly, and the rooms are spacious and bright. The sunsets are picture perfect, especially viewed from the hot tub! And the master bath is enormous and bright! A few things to bring in case any of these apply to your group... ~There is no grill/BBQ. If that is how you enjoy cooking, you might consider changing your menu ~Bring a lime press and drink shaker if you enjoy them as much as we do ~Beach toys, kites, beach chairs, and beach blankets are a few extras to consider ~If you have small kids/pets, you might consider a toddler gate for the flight of stairs. ~Bring music and portable speakers, as this was the only detail we would have changed!! Definitely an IPOD if that is what you are accustomed to using. This is a real gem of a home!! And the clean up was so simple!!
