Fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath Newport Beach Villa/Condo. A gift basket will be waiting for you when you arrive. This home is located in a gated community called Trovare that has a feel of Tuscany.
You will love spending time on the patio that is surrounded with lush plants and trees. The location is very private. Enjoy the BBQ after the sun has set and feel free to light the torches, turn the heat lamp on, and listen to music while you finish the evening with an after dinner drink and desert. If you like to go out and eat there, is no shortage of world class restaurants within minutes of the house. When you go to bed, please be sure and open the slider and enjoy the beautiful fragrance of the night jasmine!
The gourmet kitchen has it all.... Dacor Six burner stove and Convection/Conventional oven. There is a warming drawer which will come in very handy. The sink has filtered water as well as instant hot water which you will love. The home is owned by a master chef. You are welcome to all the spices and pantry items. There is also a garden with fresh herbs that is available year round.
The home is equipped with a flat screen HD TV in the living room and a TV in each of the bedrooms. The second bedroom is known as 'The Hawaiian Room'. There is a trundle bed that can be opened up to a queen sized bed and kept that way or can be tucked away for a little more room.
There is a beautiful pool, Jacuzzi and tennis courts just steps away. There is also a staffed Olympic sized pool and Jacuzzi with towels provided, ping pong, lots of tables and lounges.
Gorgeous Newport Coast is just five minutes away from the Pacific Ocean and world famous Pelican Hill Golf course. The views are spectacular and the food at The Grill should not be missed. Thirty minutes away is Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm as well as other Southern California entertainment areas. Visit downtown Los Angeles with it's bustling diversity of discount shopping in the famed "Garment Center." Visit world famous Getty museum among other museums and landmarks. Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive are driving distance away. You can walk along the most opulent streets and shop among the 'stars'.

Joe and Tami have lived in Orange County for 25 years. Joe is a corporate executive and Tami is a graduate of the Culinary Institute. They love the location and the Italian ambiance here in the gated community of Trovare. The house reflects their love of cooking and entertaining! Everything is within a five minute drive. While Joe plays tennis, Tami is in the kitchen creating something fabulous to eat. They love to walk around the marina and Balboa Island. Fabulous shopping and eating at Five Star restaurants have become their latest hobby.
