  We have been coming to Bend and Mt. Bachelor Village for the past 3 years, and this was by far our best experience. The condo was clean and spacious, and perfect for the 4 adults, 3 kids in our party. The addition of the hot tub was an added bonus, and we had everything we needed. We were minutes from downtown, and a short walk down to the river trail, which was gorgeous! The kids had fun riding their bikes around and up to the pool. We will be booking this spot again for next year!

  The condo was beautifully furnished, neat, clean and supplied very well.The location worked perfectly for us The master bedroom mattress was a good firmness. Everything was great and we would rent again!

  Great condo for accessing both Mt Bachelor & Bend; comfortable accommodations- the bedroom arrangement would allow much privacy for two couples. Was a little disappointed when first realized this wasn't one of the River Ridge that overlooked the river but this condo turned out to be much better as it has a view of Pilot Butte & the Mill District plus the horizon beyond them. Really enjoyed seeing the lights at night peeking through the Ponderosas. Look forward to staying again & checking out cost/availability of lockout for bringing more family along.

  This condo is fantastic! Close to town, peaceful, quiet, very well equipped, and a beautiful view. The owner was easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We would rent here again in a heartbeat.

  My best friend and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. There was plenty of room and I absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub! There were beautiful view of snow covered trees which was cozy to stare out at while sitting next to the fireplace. Befall great experience. The owner was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. It made for a less stressful trip. Someone even came one morning and shoveled clear the stairs and pathways so that when it was time to leave I've could clearly see where the path was. There were numerous activities going on down at the athletic club. It was overall a great experience. I would definitely come back again, and plan to.

  For a small family or even for a couple, this place is AWESOME! Treetop views, spacious, elegant, airy feel, great little hottub for after ski, gas fire, & very nice sense of space and privacy. A real bonus is the proximity to the Deschutes river loop walk just down the hill as well as being just minutes from great dining in Bend and amazing skiing just up the hill to Bachelor. Everything we needed from coffee filters to ambiance was here. Also the owner was very communicative if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again!!

  The condo we rented was great. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great...close to our daughters house, old mill shopping are, and great golf courses.

  This property has an awesome view of the mountains and overlooks down town Bend. The reasons I rated this 4 stars are; the condo needs what I refer too as a "deep cleaning". There were dirty towels left from previous renters in the bathroom. Traveling out of a suit case for several days we had accumulated a lot of dirty clothes The owner did not inform us the washing machine in the unit was broken. Minor complaints, but they were somewhat annoying.

  There was no disappointment within our family unit with our accommodations. The listing and photos were accurate. The condo was clean, well maintained, kitchen well equipped, huge bathtub for Mom, hot tub a hit and plenty of places to store our bicycles safely. The view was beautiful, both in the daytime and at night. The owner was a joy a work with and helpful with all my questions. The property is surrounded by bicycle paths, wildlife....deer wandering around, grocery stores, Deschutes River & walking/mtn bike trail, dog park, coffee shops, bakeries, golf courses, pool, tennis courts, restaurants within cycling distance...close by, but not close enough to have to deal with traffic or tourists. We will definitely rent this unit again and again.
