Monthly Oct 1 2010 through May 31, 2011 $3000 a month plus deposit. For long term
winter rental renters pay $150 a month for utilities.
June 1, 2011 through August 31, 2011 $400/night(3night minimum) $2000 weekly
Ironman 2011 $5500(due upon booking)Holidays/Special Events $2500-$3000 weekly
Deposits:$500 deposit due upon booking. $350.00 of deposit is refundable as long
as there are no damages/excessive filth. $150 is non-refundable due to cleaning,
garbage removal etc. Pets require $150 per pet non-refundable deposit.
