Enjoy the heart of the city from this downtown studio. Just steps from Seattle's Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and monorail to Space Needle and Seattle Center. It is not huge but it is very very comfortable and well outfitted.
You can just walk out the building door to fancy shops and restaurants or the Belltown district restaurants, clubs and ultra modern shops. This area has become the exciting part of town. You can use easy public transportation to get most anywhere. Don't miss the theatres, concerts and free events. And then get back to your condo just as easily.
There is parking in the neighbor if you want to bring a car. Or, if you are in town for business, skip the $500 per night hotel just down the street and let your friends pay those exorbitant prices. You can walk a block or two to this Fifth Avenue location and save a big bunch of money.

As a commercial real estate developer I think I know what quality is all about. I am not bragging but I've been to some great spots around the world and for my money the cleanest, safest and yet most intriguing place is right around the corner in downtown Seattle including the waterfront and surrounding areas.
Why the Owner Chose Belltown
I bought this condo for use when I need it. It needed to have great amenities and be super handy to everything in town. This one fits the bill and it is affordable. When I am not using the home I like to offer it to guests and friends. They all seem to love the convenience and quality. Please give it a try.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio
Well let's see. The Fith Avenue and the Paramont Theatre's offer never ending Broadway type theatre and concerts. You can catch a Seahawks, Mariners or Sounders game. Within easy walking there are world-class restaurants and small funky top not eateries. The waterfront is just down the hill where you can catch a local tour boat or visit a native american village. Take the monorail to Seattle Center - it was the site of the world's fair years ago and has all kinds of arts, sports and other activites. Non stop. And if you like to shop, boy if you like to shop, Westlake Center is just a few blocks, as are Nike Town and all the major desirable shops.
