Why the Owner Chose Granby
We enjoy the peace and serenity in Granby and love the location as it is very close to Sol Visa, a family skiing/biking mountain. The area can be tailored for people who enjoy all the outdoor activities and also for the families looking to do the same. Being 15 minutes past Winter Park and 15 minutes to Grand Lake it really is the perfect location.

We bought our second home 2 years ago as we love living in Colorado and were excited to have a special home in the mountains with our daughter. It's a perfect location to get away without driving too far and enjoying the beauty, mountains and the country that we enjoy so much.
