SPECIAL OFFER FOR AUBURN VS. ALABAMA ON NOVEMBER 28th!!!!! Will rent for one night (28th), for $500 + $175 cleaning fee - check out as late as you want on Sunday. Only 35 minutes from stadium.

Total beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full, 3 sets of bunk beds (6 twins), 3 couches, and a pack-n-play

Awesome lake home, Beautifully decorated, 5 BR, 3.5 baths, Granite countertops, stainless appliances, 1 wood burning fireplace, Hard wood floors, covered and open decks, top covered porch has a 50 inch flat screen TV, deck w/hot tub, 6 TVs, DirecTV, Green Egg smoker/grill and a regular grill, 2 seadoo/waverunner ports. Toaster, Crockpot, Glasses, dishes, pots and pans all available. 2 full sized refrigerators. 3 Living rooms. Outdoor dining area on top deck with umbrella which seats 6.

Room with crib was replaced with a king size bed. Pack-n-play is available.

Boat ramp on property, floating and stationary docks, 12 ft. water depth off of docks when the lake is at full pool, seawall, great swimming area for kids, no thru boat traffic due to being located in a cove. Plenty of room for boat docking, Table and chairs on stationary dock with umbrella. 2 lounge chairs and a wooden cooler on floating dock.

Separate suite downstairs has a living room, a mini kitchen with a sink and small refrigerator, coffee maker, queen bed, full bath and a separate entrance.

Great swimming area for kids, no skiers in swimming area. Lots of parking, Washer Dryer.

First year to rent, always owner occupied, always well maintained.

Children's toys in loft.

  • Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. This home is beautifully decorated and has that cozy lake feel. The cove that it is on is very quiet and great for swimming. After a long day on the lake we really enjoyed watching tv on th upper deck. We so enjoyed our stay that we hope to return for another visit.

  • We have not stayed here yet, but look forward to a great weekend. Hugh and Sandy are respectful people with a love for life! You can easily see this through the way the house is decorated and at the price they are asking! What a blessing to have such a great deal on Lake Martin. We look forward to making many new memories at this beautiful lake home!
