What an amazing experience!! We loved everything about this house...the location, the amenities, the layout...it was idyllic! The kids enjoyed having their own area to play and hang out while the adults were thrilled to have an area to themselves. I recommend this for anyone who wants to enough space to enjoy their vacation, but still be able to spend quality time with their friends and family. We would highly recommend it!!

Christmas at Lake Martin

Our family just returned from a family Christmas at this home. The home was great, plenty of room to accomondate us all, beautifully decorated and all the beds slept GREAT! Owners were great to work with and very caring about our visit. We will be sure to remember this Christmas and this beautiful home. This would be a wonderful summer vacation home for a family to stay at with all the things to do there as well as close by. I highly recommend this home!!!!

Our entire family- 15 of us ages 6months to 80-just got back from this lake house. We had a great time- the house is PERFECT for a large group- there is enough room for everyone to have their own space- The owners are very nice and easy to work with. We hope to be back in the future!!!!

Wonderful Retreat

I had the privilege of taking 13 preteens to a retreat here. The pictures honestly did not do the house justice. It was so awesome. We had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room for everyone. The pier and the decks were amazing. The swimming area was wonderful and I did not have to worry about the kids swimming. We kayaked, swam and fished. It was a great getaway and we hope to return one day.

Great home , We had 6 Adults 5 children and had plenty of room . This home is located in a quite cove which makes great for the kids to swim. The location was great 5 min to the Rock and we were able to go just outside of the Cove to watch Fireworks which was great. This was our 2nd year to enjoy the Lake and my 9 year old son said we have to come back to this House.Owners were great they called to check on us and make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything to call them. That means alot to me and my Family. So we will be back!!!!!!

Fantasitc house and location on the lake. The owners are a pleasure to work with, and the house provided a beautiful and comfortable locaton on the lake. House is near the marina/boat ramp for boating purposes. Great relaxing vacation!

Lake Martin Lake House

Terrrific lake home! We had 10 adults and two children and slept all very comfortably. The house had everything we needed, to include extra ski jackets and a kne board. Great playroom for the kids. Hot tub is awesome. Really enjoyed the fire pit and boat dock. This would be a great place to stay...even in the winter time. Beautiful home and we really enjoyed our time.

My husband and I went to Lake Martin to 'get away' for a few days. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house and area of the lake where it is located! Everything about the house was just as you would expect and hope for and the owner was so accommodating, even when we locked the keys in the house! We took our boat and enjoyed the lake, even though it was right after the tornado had come through.The lake is beautiful and so clean and clear! We enjoyed Sinclair's Restaurant which was a short boat trip from the house. We also dined at Spring House and it was wonderful! Catherine's Market is a must for picking up extra special meats, vegetables and anything that you can imagine for cooking! We will definitely go back to this 'amazing lake home' as it is definitely amazing! We felt as if we were at home! The owners are the most hospitable and helpful people we've ever dealt with!

Christmas on the Lake

A wonderful time was had by all. We had a total of 22 people in home at one time and it was amazing. Enough room that we could spread out and have our own space when needed. Hot tub was awesome after our annual football game as well as the egg. We cooked two turkeys on it and we got to enjoy watching the snow fall and celebrate our Savior's birth all together as a family. Thank you to the owners, couldn't think of a better place to spend Christmas!

This is a beautiful home!! You will not go wrong renting this house!! We rented it to go to the nascar race. We could not be happier with our choice. This house is comfort to the limit!! The TV on the deck is an amazing ideal! The hot tub is one of the best I have been in!!! Plus a bonus jet tub in master bath!! All I can say is perfection!!! We will rent this house again!!!! We have all adults in our party but we would love to bring our kids here and enjoy a family vacation with them!!

Romantci Get-away!

I rented this home for a week in October my husband was coming home for his R&R. So, we had little time together and this place was perfect. When we first got there the hot tub was working and the TV outside we quickly emailed the owners they responded in a timely matter and drove down and fixed the problem gave us a extra night! They really are awesome people and I can't wait to come back when my husband returns home from Afganistan. It's quiet everything you need is there. Just a wonderful home and wonderful owners.

The Right House !!

This was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. The house and grounds were well maintained. All amenties were as advertised. The owner assisted us by phone several times; very helpful and courteous. Our family members ranged from 8 months old to 84 years old; and the house and accommodations were suitable for everyone. All of us enjoyed the large dock and swimming area. Try the Cottage Cafe which is only a few miles away.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this lake house for several days and I have to say ....it is PERFECT!! The house is decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. We used the Big Green Egg Grill that the owners provide and loved cooking with it-we plan to purchase one for our home-we liked it so much! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners and hope to hang out at 'the Rock" with them very soon! Thanks Hugh and Sandy!! We love your lake house!!!!

Thanks so much for letting us rent your lakehouse the first week of June. We invited family from the Carolinas to Colorado, and everyone had a fabulous time. The house is beautifully decorated and is situated in a great cove. The kids had a wonderful time swimming by the dock, and it was so nice to be able to use conveniences like the Wi-Fi, the Green Egg, and the TV on the deck. We'll definitely be looking to rent here again for the next reunion!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. This home is beautifully decorated and has that cozy lake feel. The cove that it is on is very quiet and great for swimming. After a long day on the lake we really enjoyed watching tv on th upper deck. We so enjoyed our stay that we hope to return for another visit.

We have not stayed here yet, but look forward to a great weekend. Hugh and Sandy are respectful people with a love for life! You can easily see this through the way the house is decorated and at the price they are asking! What a blessing to have such a great deal on Lake Martin.
