Our stay at Beachinnit was wonderful, enjoyed the beach, pool, spa and all the great restaurants nearby. The condo is well equipped and very clean. Our family of four, two of those being teenagers and our dog toffee had more than enough room to hang out on a few rainy days. Really enjoyed having so many restaurants within walking distance with such great food. Thanks so much for letting us enjoy your condo on IRB.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful condo during the Fourth of July (2011). It was very convenient to many restaurants and John's Pass. We also visited Fort Desoto which was really fun. We would love to return in the future and spend another great week in this condo.

What a beautiful condo, the best we've stayed in in 30 years of traveling in Florida and the St. Pete area. Sam the owner was very easy to work with. You do not need to take anything with you but clothes, he has everthing there that you will need to have a good time. The restaurants across the street are very good and the Lighthouse Dounut Shop is the best. If you are thinking about staying here don't hesitate to call Sam and get your vacation booked at BEACHINNIT. All 7 of us had a great time, I mean 8 of us, we also took my daughters little yorkie "OLIVE" She loved it too.

we love Beachinnit (the name of the condo), we love the beach, the local restaurants...we walk to JDs (restaurant) and the lighthouse coffee shop almost every day we are there...so many fabulous places to visit within short driving distance as well. the condo is beautifully furnished as you can see from the photos on this site, very comfortable and so much space! the entire property is well kept, very clean and maintained. the beach...perfect. the pool is wonderful. one of the things we love most about this property is the overall number of units. it is a smaller property therefore not crowded and noisy! we visit every year and plan to do so for a long time to come! i would HIGHLY recommend this condo to my family and friends!

Dear Sam – What a treat. I did a lot of looking, and am so thrilled I found “BEACH IN IT”. Before we left here, we shoveled snow and excitedly watched the web video w/ “Two Tickets to Paradise”. It has lived up to it! I’ve rented many, but you are the prize for stocking all we could ever need, even with a toddler, preschooler and 9 year old in tow. LOVE that everything was labeled and inventoried – made it easy for moms. It is clear that you care, and we did our best to enjoy it to the fullest and treat it like the special place it is. Sam your condo was amazing and is located at the perfect location on the Gulf. The beaches are beautiful and made the perfect setting for our wedding. We got many compliments from other people staying in the complex of how nice our wedding was. The condo had all the amenities that you could ask for. Crabby Bill and JD's both were great places to eat and enjoy happy hour. Also love that the trolley stop is right across the street to go up and down the cost. Dear Sam, We had the best time – 1st with family at the beach, pool, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace in the rain but it was still fin! We experienced the best tuna sashimi at Salt Rock & did it again with the girls. JD’s of course was the highlight f our trip – dancing with the regulars at the piano bar and ACT III (our favorite Motown band!) you are truly a giving person and we appreciate everything you did for us. The beach & pool were clean and so nice. Tons to do around here. This is a beautiful condo. We had a great time. It was sunny every day which suited the kids perfectly. The hot wings at JD’s was a favorite of two of our family – they like it spicy. We went on a dolphin viewing cruise which was very enjoyable. At Pier 60, a pelican landed & allowed some close-up pictures. The kids loved it! Thanks for opening your home for visiting. Crabby Bills was great for an 11:00 lunch and J.D’s & My Place were an experience we will never forget! “Act 3” became out best friends. We had a great time dancing and people watching there. What an awesome dinner at Marlin Darlin’s ($10 meal deal we left in your drawer) although one of us had too many “Perfect Housewives” drinks! The bent elbow – great dancing & people. We have enjoyed our stay on you beautiful home. It was large enough that we were all comfortable ranging from 8-10 people through our stay. The beach toys and football were a definite plus! The weather was a bit chilly, but not so cold as back home in Indianapolis! We had a few good beach days & on cooler days did some sightseeing from Clearwater to pass-a-grille. What a wonderful place. So many nice people we felt right at home! The kids made friends with several other kids here and played in the pool and beach together almost daily. Our brother son from Melbourne came over and another nephew and his family staying in Sun City came down we played games and watched football and come catching up wonderful times. We decorated a little tree for Christmas and much to the kids delight Santa found us and we had a great Christmas. New Years was wonderful. We watched fireworks all around us and of course doing some people watching from the deck was very entertaining after the New year rang in :-) We even saw some very interesting decorated boats go by - one with a huge lighted mermaid sitting on the front. We enjoyed watching dolphins and pelicans. We spend a day a Bush Gardens, Great Place! We enjoyed J.D’s but our favorite was Crabby Bills. Hi Sam! We had a great stay here and it was an awesome place to spread out and relax!! Perfect location & close to all the "kid" / family stuff (and shopping). We needed to do!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and greatly appreciate our bonus day. The place was spacious and very clean, which we found out was not the case with all the other condos. McKenzie slept very well in the pack 'n play and LOVED having picnics on the balcony in the highchair. We had a wonderful vacation here. The moominess was just what we needed with our "crowd". The laundry room doubled as a baby room and the crib fit in perfectly. The kitchen was set up just right and we made good use of it. Our only negative note was the management company. We arrived at night and they forgot to leave the key for us.
