Just 600 Feet from Home Plate,
But an Elegant World Away

Whether in town for a series at historic Wrigley Field or for business as usual, know that a luxurious haven awaits just steps from the nightlife you crave. Reserving your two-bedroom suite in the Wrigleyville Guesthouse, a Victorian greystone, promises a haven away from the crowds when you’re ready to relax in seclusion.

During restoration, no detail was overlooked. From its limestone façade to original ironwork, this residence bespeaks exclusivity. The fireplace and other fixtures hail to nearly a century ago when Zachary Taylor Davis designed Wrigley Field. Woodworking stands lovingly restored while a contemporary kitchen satisfies the demands of today’s gourmand.

Within a few blocks of this stately guesthouse, options in dining abound. Wrigleyville’s many pubs, clubs and restaurants open early and remain open late. Or you can dine intimately and al fresco on our rooftop deck where, as you grill your own steak, you can keep an eye on the pitcher’s mound and roar with the crowd. Prefer a personal chef? We’ll secure one.

Less than a block from your door, the Red Line will transport you to the clubs, theatres, museums and restaurants that define Chicago’s storied neighborhoods, like Lincoln Park, Old Town, the Magnificent Mile and the Loop. And know that only six blocks away, a 26-mile path wends along Lake Michigan, attracting joggers, cyclists and sightseers alike.

Think of it: just beyond the ivied walls of Wrigley Field, moments from virtually any venue, a luxurious stay awaits:

The Wrigleyville Guesthouse.

Owner's Profile

Owner Description

Year Purchased: 1993

This is a gorgeous oversized Greystone building that Chicago is famous for. We've remodeled and upgraded this unit to have all the modern conveniences but kept the beauty of the Greystone by restoring all the woodwork to it's original glory.

Why the Owner Chose Wrigleyville

Being in the heart of Wrigleyville is exciting. Walking out the front door and knowing that you are 1/2 block from the excitement of the world famous Chicago Cubs brought us to this neighborhood. Over the years it has only gotten more exciting as the ball club continues to improve. People come from everywhere to take a picture of the ballpark or of the more recent Harry Carry statue. We are proud to say that it has been in our backyard for over 15 years.

    • My father and I thouroughly enjoyed our stay in Chicago and specifically at this great Guesthouse. We definitely will be back to stay and I plan on recommending to friends and family this is the place to stay especially if you want to get the feel of Wrigley Field on game day.

    • This is the perfect place to stay in Chicago. We parked our vehicle behind the guesthouse and never moved it while we were there. The Red Line is just around the corner and will get you anywhere you want to go. The guesthouse is very nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable too! The owner was very helpful with directions and recommending great places to eat. If you are looking for a great place to stay in a very nice neighborhood, I would definitely recommend staying here.

    • Not only was the place perfect, the owner was very helpful on the trip. This rental has alot more room than most that I have stayed in and you will not find a place that is more convenient. The rooftop is a huge bonus and you are making your trip easier by staying here. Even if its not a Cubs game that you are in town for, the El is right there to shoot downtown. I didnt spend one dime on cabs. A steal of a place to stay.

    • Great place to stay to see a Cubbies game and Wrigleyville! Accommodations were excellent and perfect location. Very pleasurable experience working with the owners and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to take in a game and the North Side. Hope to make it back next year!

    • We came in for the Cardinal/Cubs series. Even though we only live about 40 miles away, we did not want to make the commute back and forth. We've never done this before and were THRILLED with the accomodations. This is one of the classic greystone buildings. All of the woodwork is original so the first thing you see is how gorgeous the place is when you walk in the door. The accomodations could definitely be considered deluxe. The roof deck was fantastic! The weather was warm enough on one of the days that we were able to grill out and relax. We had a terrific time!
