The apartment is in a good standing building, made safe by a digicode. The view on the Sacré Coeur, laid on the Montmartre hillock, when you go out from the lift, is a real delight! The building is very clean and well maintained.
Layout
This large studio, very luminous, has a space worthy of the most beautiful lofts or artist workshops. Very astute filing spaces make the apartment larger. The kitchen, as if you were on a boat, opened on the living room is equipped and functional. The bedroom has a double bed, and a bench will allow a further person to sleep (the sofa, very comfortable, although this apartment is available for three people, may be convenient for a child). The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Lastly, the best point of the apartment: on the evening, close to the fire place, you will perceive the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Besides, the 10th district town hall offers one of its most beautiful profiles.
