The condo is located on the Marina del Rey Peninsula, only a 2 minute walk from one of the nicest beaches in Los Angeles. There is a beachy commercial area just 6 blocks away that has a number of cute restaurants and shops. The Venice Boardwalk is just a 15 minute walk to the North. The Venice canals are just a short walk away. Marina del Rey is 15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), ten minutes from Santa Monica, 30 minutes from the Getty Museum, 45 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, and Disneyland.
