This modern beautifully furnished luxury villa is located on the nicest and quietest street in the prestigious Highlands Reserve Golf community. The extra large south west facing pool area overlooks a forested conservation area with no near neighbors resulting in the location being especially private.
The superb facilities include TVs in all bedrooms, Hi-Fi with in ceiling speakers, PS2, karaoke, books, games etc.
Our 4 BR villa is in a beautiful location. We have tastefully decorated and furnished the property to a high standard to make it feel like a home from home. The property is well appointed with 4 bedrooms; master with large en-suite with jacuzzi bath, queen, double and twin. The villa can sleep up to 10. The master and queen have access to the pool area. All rooms, including pool area, have ceiling fans. The villa is fully air conditioned.
The furnishings are modern and throughout the villa there is original artwork by Alan. The front garden and pool area are beautifully maintained.
We are keen golfers and if golf is your game then you have the stunning Highlands Reserve Golf Course on your doorstep. There are so many other golf courses nearby. There are 4 sets of golf clubs for your use free of charge.
This is our home from home and we extend you a warm Scottish welcome.

Year Purchased: 2005
Alan retired from Lothian and Borders Police, Scotland, in 2006 and now runs his own landscaping business. Sue works in criminal law. We stay in the beautiful village of South Queensferry just outside Edinburgh. Our hobbies are golf, Guinness and wine! We love travelling and meeting people.
Why the Owner Chose Highlands Reserve
We have more family in USA than in Scotland. We wanted a base where we could visit them more and play golf in the sun!
