Beautiful lakefront, Adirondack style home directly on Lake Winnipesaukee, set 50' back from the shore. U-Shape docking system with covered dock, accommodates three boats. Fabulous view of Ossippee Mountains from every room in the house. Fully functioning Tiki Bar off of stone patio, 20' from lake. Rave trampoline raft, kayak, sunfish and many water floats and tubes. Large outdoor dining area on deck/stone patio.
Upper decks off both sides of house, one with dining area and grill and one with outdoor 6 person Hot Tub. Master Suite on main floor with private bath, Laundry room/half bath on main floor. Open concept kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans in almost every room. Grassed back yard with volley ball net. Regulation size pool table in downstairs game room, along with 50" LCD TV, Air Hockey table and shuffleboard. WIFI to be added shortly. Back of house looks out to deep natural woods, complete hike around the island is 3 miles. Front of house is mulch and stone with horseshoe pit. Wake up to the birds singing and ski boats out for the first run of the day! Sunsets must be experienced out on the lake, take a relaxing cruise in the Pontoon boat to fully enjoy it.
No cars on the Island means peace and quiet and no intrusions. 20 minutes to almost any part of the lake by water, 30 to 40 minutes by car. Fine dining, family dining, ski doo rentals and Fishing/diving/snorkeling expeditions also available nearby.
Full Service Grocery stores in Meredith, Center Harbor and Wolfeboro all accessible by boat or car.
