About the owner: My husband and I have recently retired and decided to build a house as in Rehoboth Beach a beautiful beach resort area. We are planning to move here if the real estate market ever improves

This area is just beautiful and Rehoboth is a small enough town to retain its charm but large enough to have great restaurants and plenty of shopping and activities for kids.
